Increase appetite for kids

Hello,
My son is almost 3. He is soooo skinny doesn't want to eat anything. In one meal he eats only 5 to 7 bites, during eat he sometimes complaint for stomach hurting. And sometimes he vomit also.im very worried abt him plz tell me what to do. Really very grateful to u, thanks
