6 yr old ear infection with cold and cough

Hi

My daughter has ear infection in right ear. Tubes in both ears are now out. Hole in left ear not closed. She had a cold for 2 weeks and cough in early morning between 4 and 6 am. It's a dry cough. She complained of an ear ache with slight fever on Monday and I gave herpilsatilla 30c and stopped but she has a confirmed ear infection and I don't want to give her antibiotics. Please let me know thank you.

I'm not sure what details you may need. She is a child that is strong and independent but very emotional cries easy. She has an allergy to yeast according to a biofeedback test. She asthmatic but that is not a concern and no fever and in good spirits. Please let me know what other items may help. Thank you

Also there was a typo, I gave her pulsatilla last Monday. I stopped because I thought she wasn't sure about ear ache and wanted to stay home from school. She had enough energy then.
