Remedy for Anxiety and depression

Hi there
New to Homeopathy and have been taking a low dose of a antidepressent for anxiety over the years and lately have been feeling more anxious and depressed but don't want more drugs or higher dosage and want to go natural and want to try a popular remedy. Thanks

Have you had your hormone levels checked? Bc a lot of people after
taking propecia or rogaine, have too low testosterone levels and that
causes the depression and anxiety.

simone717 last decade
Yeah, I had them checked and each blood test showed my testosterone has been going up slowly, the last one read 348, which is still low for a guy 33 years old but not as low as some

Chapat,

where are you located? bc Libra can help you on here,
but you have a complicated case. I wanted to look
up some private homeopaths for you.

It is good your levels are going up with the T bc your
body is repairing itself ( some peoples levels don't
go up and they have to take Testosterone.)

Lexapro is the antidepressant.

Aciphex is for Gerd. How long has that gone on and what
is your diet like?

Byostic is for high BP- how long has that gone on for
and what have been the readings before byostic?-

The game plan here would be to first clear your system
of the lexapro and you getting a remedy to start to
boost overall vitality and the testosterone levels.

I'm from Buck county, PA in the USA
Been on Asiphex for about 7 years now and diet is normal, not super healthy and been on the blood pressure med for a year now, the readings were around 140 over 90 before meds. Is there something I can take with the lexapro before I stop it, if I'm not feeling that great now I don't want to stop and feel worse by stopping it.

Ok-by Philly. Lots of excellent homeopaths there.

You can't just go cold turkey on that- this is going to be like
a battle plan here.

Click my name and send me an email, my profile will show up-
this is going to need some discussion.-where I need to explain things about this and I don't want to write 10 paragraphs on here.btw, I am in California.
