Hello Zady,
Priya is still scratching her arm rashes on and off (less frequently than before). I still catcher once in a while when she is scratching.
The skin on her rashes is better better, but it is still rough and thick around her rashes compared to the skin on rest of her arm.
Please recommend.

Also, Priya got stuffy last night and could not sleep well. Her mucous is clear. This morning she complained about having a headache and is feeling low. All these are her signs of coming down with an infection or viral. She normally gets headaches when she is feeling sick.
Is there something that I can give her?

Don't give her homeopathic remedy at this time. Manage it through other means.
If these headaches are a permanent feature triggered at certain times, then this will need to b treated.

Priya has had a temperature for the last 3 days now. I have been giving her Tylenol for that.
Yesterday she also started having sore scratchy throat, she is still very stuffy ( more when lying down), with little to no mucous coming out.
Today she also vomited out some of her food after lunch. She is complaining about her throat hurting and being sore. Is there something in homeopathy for this?
She hates allopathic medicines, it's even very hard for me to give her Tylenol for temperature.

Priya has a tendency of coughing when her throat is itchy and she ends up vomiting. So far she has had just one vomit after lunch. Otherwise, she is eating very less. Also there was a lot of mucous in her vomit.
She says her throat hurts when she coughs. Otherwise, she hasn't said it hurts.
She started the fever on June 18 morning when she woke up. She complained about her head hurting and that is a sure sign that she is coming down with a fever. Her fever has gone up to 101 degrees.
She is getting chills from time to time. Otherwise too, she prefers warm drinks and does not like cold.

Please give her Hepar Sulphur 30.
Procedure: Add 5 pellets/2 drops of the remedy in 3 teaspoons water, stir well and drink. This is one dose.
Give her 3 to a max of 5 doses every 2 or 3 hours, depending upon the need only on ONE day.

I gave Priya 3 doses of Hepar sulphur yesterday. By today morning her fever is gone, she is just a bit stuffy. But she is coughing a lot. I can hear the congestion in her chest every time she coughs. She is coughing when she talks or with every bite that she tries to eat. Priya is a very slow eater ( needs to be reminded to move her jaw, otherwise takes an hour to finish one meal), and now on top of that she is coughing a lot.

Hello Zady,
Here is an update on Priya.
I gave her Hepar sulphur on July 21. Her fever went away with three doses. After a day or so her stuffiness improved. She was still coughing quiet a lot.
But yesterday was her birthday and she was out all day. The weather was a bit breezy too. Since yesterday evening she is very stuffy again. This morning she also complained about her ears being blocked. She woke up last night with pain in her legs.
Please recommend.

Coming back to her eczema rashes, I want to really thank you. This is the first time in the last few years that I have seen such an improvement in her rashes. The skin looks better ( still not same as rest of her arms). Her rashes itch less than 3-4 times a day. They definitely itch in the shower. Do you think she needs another dose of Antimonium Crudum ? What should I do if the rashes reappear with changing weather?
I also wanted to ask you another question related to Priya. She turned 7 yesterday, but is on the shorter side for her age. She measures 43 inches and weighs around 37 pounds. It has been a struggle for me to make her eat over the years. Is there anything in homeopathy that can help increase her appetite and height?
Appearance: She is wheatish to fair complexion, but has a lot of body hair on her back, some on her forehead, legs and arms,
Temperament: she relies on me all the time. Is bossy with her sister, very talkative with friends.
She is overall very smart, understanding girl. I have never had any behavior issues with her. Intellectually she is very mature for her age.

Ok, physical growth and development related issues can be addressed only when eczema is resolved. However, as she gets better, her appetite will pick up, so you can look at what you give her from nutrition perspective.
Now, we can do a bit with some cell salts. You can add 4 to 8 tablets of BC No 21 in her school water bottle and let her sip it. Depends on the tablet size. Ideally it should be 2 doses.

Today she is coughing even more and I can feel congestion when I keep my hand on her chest. She has never had this bad congestion in the past. Should I repeat any medication to relieve her coughing?
Today, Priya started scratching her rashes a bit more than the last few days. I also noticed a few new red bumps appearing on her arm rashes and a small red bump on her left cheek. Do I need to repeat Antimonium Crudum ?
Also, can hepar sulphur or aconite be given to anyone who seems to be coming down with flu like symptoms? I am myself low today with body aches and my throat is hurting too.

Priya is not chilly. She is not coughing up mucous, but she is blowing out a lot of mucous ( thick white) out of her nose. When she coughs, I can hear the mucous in her chest but it is not coming up. This morning her tongue was white.
Also, I have a sore throat, with stuffy nose, pain around the face and forehead and sneezing a lot.
