Hello Zady,
Here is an update on Priya's rashes.
Appearance wise her rashes look much better now, though they still feel somewhat rough at some places on her arm folds. Her rashes appear really dry after swimming.
We came back from our vacation last night. I have noticed that Priya has again started to scratch on areas close to her rash.
Do you think it is time to repeat antimonium crudum? ( see picture below )

I gave Antimonium Crudum to Priya on August 9. Her arms look much better, but she still has some itching on and off. Her arms itch when she is taking a shower and late in the evening mostly. She has also been experiencing some itching on her leg rashes, mostly when she is sitting in a place for too long. Lately I noticed another dry rash like spot on the back side near her left armpit.
Please recommend.

She still sometimes rubs her belly while eating, but much less than before. She has not had any vomiting episodes lately. Sometimes she asks for more to eat in the evening, though she eats less for breakfast. She has a hard time eating in the morning.

I gave Antimonium Crudum 30c to Priya on August 27. After that her arm rashes got very itchy for 1-2 days. Since then she is not itchy anymore, but her rash still appears dry and has some dry mortal skin on her arms where the rashes used to be. I have noticed that her eating has improved and she is able to eat better and hold down her food.
Also, I have noticed that Priya brings out a lot of sticky mucous when she brushes her teeth. She has also been still sneezing a lot in the morning when she goes to brush her teeth. Her nose feels watery and a bit runny in the morning.
Please recommend if I need to do something for her rashes and her sneezing and mucous at this time.

Looks more like some other factors, like level of air conditioning, carpets all around or regular exposure to pollen or winds, are perpetuating this problem. This looks like the case both kids are suffering from cold and sneezing.

I have turned off air conditioning due to changing weather. Also, I steam vacuum the carpet in the room occasionally and regular vacuum otherwise. It could be the pollens in the air or other things.
I will repeat Antimonium Crudum for Priya tomorrow.

I have another question regarding another issue.
Both my girls, especially Priya has a lot of facial hair ( forehead, upper lips and on the sides of her face) and body hair. As she is growing (7 years old now), she is being teased by students in her class. I don't want her to feel bad about it and would like to address this issue. Is there something in homeopathy that can reduce facial hair and body hair without affecting the hair in her head?

This is all inherited, including eczema. Let us first deal with eczema first. We can look at this later. Correction to some extent may be possible.

I gave Priya antimonium crudum on September 6. Her rashes were itchy for a day or two, then they started to calm down. But still they itch a few times during the day. Also, I have noticed that her diet is not good these days. She would eat small portions for a meal and feels full.

Hello Zady,
I gave Antimonium Crudum 30 to Priya on Sep 6. Since then she had phases of no itch and then some itch.
He still itches her rashes on and off and they appear a bit bumpy on one arm hold with some dry mortled skin on them. Her appetite is ok, but not great like the past month.
Also, I have been giving her ferrum phos ( once at night) for the last 10 days or so for her morning sneezing. But she is still sneezing the same way most of the mornings.
Do I need to repeat any medicine for her? As you suggested earlier I have Antimonium Crudum 200 with me now.
Please recommend.

Here is a quick update on Priya:
With the weather getting colder and her sister (Astha) being stuffy, Priya started being stuffy and congested today. She is having a hard time lying down and sleeping right now. She s also needing a lot. Her mucous is clear to white.
Last time you had recommended Hepar sulphur ( for fever) followed by aconite ( for sore throat) and pulsatilla ( for stuffiness). Rightnow she doesn't have temperature, but her voice feels different and she is very stuffy. Please recommend.

Wait 2 days. If things get out of hand, you may give her anti- allergic, but after waiting a day or two.

Priya seems to be getting better though she is still stuffy and the mucous is more clear and white. She is behaving normal.
Her arm rashes have not been itching for the past few days. But there is very dry dark dead skin at the place of her rashes on her arm folds.
