Gout and high Uric Acid Levels

I am 42 year old with Gout for last 5 years and flares once or twice a year. I do not have any other issues and generally in good health. Recent flare up lasted more than 3 weeks. Please recommend treatment for lowering and controlling uric acid levels.

Ledum Pal 30, 1 drop in 3 tablespoons water, stir several times and drink. Please do this twice a day for 5 days and update me.
