dear zady, Anxiety has gotten much better, still present but best described like a thunder you hear being somewhere far. You never know if it will get closer or get further away. It's pretty much somewhere deep inside me, but not as acute as it was. So I just take it one day at a time, hopefully it will disappear. I will keep you posted.

Hi Mona,
On 4-28 you took a dose of Ars 30c out of the second cup.
Can you update if you have done further doses- how many,
if they were the second cup - etc.
Thanks.

Simone, that was the only time I took it. I did not want to overdo it, so just let it work from then on

Zady, I started getting mild Anxiety again after about 4-5 days. Just a thought all of a sudden set it off. At night I suddenly thought what if someone breaks in, I have no idea what to do. Which kids do I save, two of my kids sleep across the hallway, how will I manage etc. Random irrational thought. But that created such a panic, I could only start praying and it went away. Then Anxiety came back following two days, but third day, when I was planning to take Arsenic out of second cup again, it disappeared. That was on Wednesday. So far no anxiety again. I want to wait and see.
