Please Help /Adult inattentive ADDWELL,i am not a person who understand himself fully yet or i say its not easy to recollect when i start describing my symptoms. but i will try my best.
Educational background. post grad in soft engg. and LL.B.
Mood- aversion to perform any task even its simple.
dont want to start simpler task like going to gym.
try to follow mechanical way to complete task.
i have high expectation from my self.
thinking about some topic or plan draws a blank in my mind.
does not feel pleasure for long even for my achievements .
verbally or i say pronounce any thought coming to mind,its like speaking to myself whole day in mind itself,while writing i am spelling evry word in my mind.
no judgement of easy or hard task as i can not determine exactly what efforts and time are required and what will be the framework to achieve it.
introspect my self whole day, make plans for self improvement but they are high targets,never practical so loose interest in day or so.
my mind is never calm .
I read a lot of books ,lot of technical articles,news but does not have practical expertise on any one subject.
I am also a daydreamer,i generally force my self to dream about any new interesting topic whether its finance,tech,social issues so mind get relaxed for some time. i imagine solving many issues.
Digestion issues- prone to amebic infection when i was in early twenties. my stomach gets disturbed by outside eating ,or a after having few drinks with friends . i will get foul smelling loose stool .will have acidity for next 2-3 days.
Prone to acidity generally.
Erection Issues-Very moody and conscious while having sex. when i was in college it was kind no erections when i am with new girl but once i am familiar with her normal erections. think about sex in night but dont get erections just from thought have to touch and rub to get erection when i am with partner./some time i will loose erection while having sex,some time will get loose erection with lot of rubbing. if i take just 2-3 beer i will not be able to get proper erection.
Communication skill issues-
its hard to concentrate on what people are saying /miss details of conversation later. when talking with friend i will talk having present things in mind only.
Reply to people in short sentences and they are not informative and street smart.and like to end the conversation early if some questions are asked to me ,i will get under pressure and reply in hurry .
My friends describe me that i am bit out of touch from practicality, intelligent,not a focused person,lacks will to change .
i am self conscious while talking to known people or who has some authority or relationship with me. don't think much when speaking to strangers.
my emotions come to my face easily thats a big drawback i have.
i am self critic.
i always had difficulty while playing games that require concentration.
i try to solve my issues on my own/rarely asks for any help as i feel people generally don't understand me properly.
Daily routine- wake up around 9Am-11 am sleep around 3.30 am .
whole night during night mind keeps running ,don't feel fresh when i wake up and not properly active for one hour after i wake up.
I spend time sitting idle /reading any book to pass time i can read a book or some topic for 8-10 hours continuously.
Food i like - i like citrus taste/soda/milk products/ sweets ( once in a week)
i feel hard to follow instructions as i gives chained or restricted feeling.

India in USA.
Ask her if she can take this on the forum. If not, write back and

May I suggest you to join a Yoga and / or pranayama class (or similar mind control classes) and write to me. If you could practise this, medicine can be many time more effective than running through threads with medicine only. Please consider.

As per your advice i have started doing yoga and pranayama by seeing baba ramdev video CD.
Few Changes i have implemented in my outlook are
1: Stopped being critic of my self.
2. Now i have a positive outlook for myself and believe that things will change and change for betterment,And i will come out of it as a more confident and strong person. Its a blessing in disguise.
Will wait for your next Instructions, In mean time trying to find a good yoga guru.

As a mild medical help, start with Kali Phos 6x - 3 tablets, Natrum Phos 6x- 2 tablets, Calc Phos 6x - 2 tablets. Mix it in 10 ml water and drink it, once or twice a day. This should strengthern both mental and physical plane. When Phos gets added to your body, I can follow up with necessarly medicine after a few weeks.
