Very lazy & careless with ADD
Sir,13 year old boy very lazy & careless - even have to say bath & brush daily, repeat many time to do any regular daily work.
Also sign of attention deficiency
Please Help

Examples -
Daily Morning told many time to go bath & brush - maxmimum time forget to brush.
Told to wear the dress - lay still or do work in very slow manner nearly 1 hr to wear the dress.
breakfast, lunch , dinner - always no hunger or no mood
Never place the goods at proper place - when asked always reply forget
ALways misplace the thing - when asked reply i don't know or i forget.
On school homework -
Do 3 question left last 2 question
always to forget 1 or 2 line between the full answer (of 5 or 6 line)
Start any thing to do and left in middle of its, not proper complete the work.
If any work told to do he says its done but actual its not.
Any more please tell what i have to describe.

Tomorrow on 7 may at night give medicine a single dosage.
Today morning feel too sleepy wake-bath-sleep again. Slightly fever notice (may be effect of weather or AC etc.or medicine don't know.)in afternoon, given fever medicine & sleep.
Did continue medicine for 2 days more (for total 3 days) or stop it.
Tomorrow on 7 may at night give medicine a single dosage.

Medicine single dosage given at night on 7, 8, 9 (3 time).
- feel too weak
- after come from school & slept for 1 Hr. ; feel like sleep with open eyes when in coaching.
Not any other changes notice - all as before.
Every time no hunger for regular meals (bhook nahi hey),
if ask to do anything either ignore its or reply some time later (abhi nahi 2 min baad),
some irritation when every body in family says the same thing to do like - study, or listen music/tv at slow volume or do any work or go outside to play/Choi-kwan-do. easily play/slove rubik cube.

Having same prb with my child. She is 24. I given het Lycopodium 30 4 dose a day from yesterday. But she is feeling to nervous and tenced now. Not any improvement in laziness. Mind is sharp in studies.but always forgetfullnes is her nature.

Medicine ( nux-mos 1m)given for 3 days as per said. - Not much changes - all same as post on 12 may 2015
