I have reported on 16-3-14 before one week because,
I have stopped taking Alumina after 5 days due to following reasons
Constipation had increased a little
Now it is ok but stool is still dry
Little pain in starting while passing stool due to dryness
Now there is no pain
Tongue seems more dry
No other major change
Plz guide further

There is no change except appetite and constipation,plz do something
1 I have made my house there remained some lacks, the recurring thought of
lacks teases me

(I spend free time watching movies, laying on bed not interested in

If this happens every winter- are you in a place where
there is not much sun in the winter- or where you are inside
mostly in the winter?
And did the original incident happen in the winter?

writing , specially in presence of someone due to nervousness.
As you responded a little late I took a dose of Nat.Mur. 1M (4 sugar pills)
On 3-4-2014 morning, feeling a little more better.

Yes, I was thinking of SAD. SAD could be a contributing factor along
with low Vitamin D levels and perhaps Vitamin B levels are low also.
I suggest if not already doing so, that you start taking a good
multivitamin everyday, get your Vitamin D levels checked out by
a Doctor and buy those full spectrum lights to use in the winter. And
I would get a blender and every morning chop up a beet, a carrot and
a peeled apple and blend it and have that drink a half hour before
breakfast so that you are getting vitamins and trace minerals from
a food source.
