Sinus Headache, dry cold

I m in my 40s have chronic sinus problem, no runny nose, sensitive to weather change, cold food n drinks. starts w pain over left eyebrow or one 1 side of temple and then turns into migriane..
pls recommend medicine. sometime if i take some frsh crushed garlic in the nite, the sinus pain goes down.. also cotton swab dipped in balm n put it in my ears when i sleep has helped to reduce the sinus attacks
