No sir, it doesnt feel like its on the outer skin as i dont get any additional pain when i touch my penis or by wearing underwear/ pants and no additional pain even when i swim also.

I think the pain is inside which varies from moderate to mild persistence painn

i strongly believe its some penile nerve or muscle pain which was caused by rough and longer mastubation time (approx 20 mins).

Yes sir, i do think so..

Because i masturbate for 5 mins and when i feel like i'm gonna get ejaculation in the next 1 min, i give a pause so that my penis doesn't fall down. I then continue it from there so that i can masturbate for some extra time. I think may be that's how my masturbation time gets increased.

I've never thought abt it till u asked me sir, may be it shouldn't be done that way.

Can it be recovered sir, or should i live with this agony for life long....
