It doesn't matter who specifically it was addressed to, the tone of it is quite clear. I was simply pointing it out.
The 'death of homoeopathy' as you put it is much more likely to come about from people portraying Allopathy as Homoeopathy as you do. You are not the first Allopath to use our medicines and our reputation for their own self-aggrandizement.
However, fortunately for homoeopathy, these divergent 'systems' usually fade with the developer, so I don't really fear for my profession.

Fitness,
Just to let you know I am still waiting for that remedy to be delivered. I hope you don't mind me asking but which of my daughters symptoms makes you think the solution might be Calcarea Phosphorica.
I am not trying to question you but I am really interested in homeopathy and really would like to understand it more.
I hope I have no offended you by asking this question.

There is an easier way to explain, read about Cal-P, if it seems like your daughter's case, you will know how I reached at it.

Thanks for the reply. I just need to be careful before taking my daughter off Zantac. I have done it before and it was very stressful, what with looking after 4 children. I hope you understand.
I have read the following which does match my daughters symptoms somewhat.
Gastric Symptoms
Heartburn and flatulence. Unusual hunger. Sinking sensation in epigastrium. Pain after eating, with soreness on pressure. The sufferings from the stomach are aggravated by taking even the smallest quantity of food. Dyspepsia with distress in stomach, temporarily relieved by eating and by raising wind. When fasting, pain goes to the spine. Infant wants to nurse all the time, and vomits often and easily. Pain in the stomach with debility. Vomiting after cold water and ice cream. Headache and diarrhoea, worse eating. Craves bacon, ham, salted or smoked meats. Much flatulence. Abdomen sunken and flabby. Mesenteric glands enlarged. Colic at every attempt to eat
Just to note:
1) my daughters stool are watery and yellow not green
2) she can be windy
3) when I say she is teething - she is drooling and has the fingers in the mouth all the time
4) the silent reflux manifests itself with acid in the mouth which I can see and hear happening, the squirms and arches the back. she can wake suddenly from sleep with the pain of acid coming up her throat and into her mouth
5) when she is bad she struggles to get comfortable while actually feeding. she can be like someone wrestling a bear
Do you still feel Calcarea Phosphorica is the correct remedy.
I hope you don't mind this line of posts as all I want to do is help my daughter. I am not trying to offend anyone
Thanks

Dear Fitness
That remedy arrived late yesterday. I gave her a dose last night and 12hrs last.
As she has stopped the Zantac it is hard to explain any improvement. However, she was good enough last night and this morning but this afternoon she seems to be refluxing again. I can see her swallowing what is coming back into her mouth. She is not screaming but she is crying for a few mins while it is in her mouth.
Please advise

Her body will try to come to a balance after Zantac and with the remedy. Resist the urge to overdo.
You can repeat the doses keeping 12 hrs in between them only if there is a constant worsening of symptoms.
Don't give a dose on the first sign of reflux, let her body find the balance.
The first sign of improvement will be that she will be emotionally fine even with some reflux.

Hi Fitness,
Can I ask, my daughter is waking the last couple of nights between 2am and 3am, I think from the reflux. The only way I can settle her is feeding her. This, as you can imagine is exhausting.
Have you any advise?
Thanks a mill

No change in the doses. I gave her the 2 you said and no more. I will keep an eye on her today and let you know at the end of the day how is she. Then as you said we can have a look at the night.

Dear Fitness
My daughter is doing very well. She did struggle a bit this morning so I gave her another dose of Calc Phos. That would have been her third dose. I hope I did the right thing - to give her a dose when she is bad.
