Dear Fitness

I gave my daughter a dose of calc phos 200c last night and she is very constipated today. Could there be a link?

There could be. When did you give her the dose and how soon you noticed the constipation and what other changes are there.

If its the remedy, it will pass in 2-3 days.

I gave her one dose. The night before last. she was constipated the following morning. She is crying in pain from trying to pass the stool. Is there anything I can do or should I just wait.

You can gently massage her abdomen with warm oil for 5-10 minutes, this will help her pass stool.
