Oral lichen planus

i would like to know which homeopatic therapy I can use. Had lichen planus in my mouth 3 years ago and it went away with Phosphoricum. Now it doesn't work when it returned.

i like warm weather, dislike cold and rain. i like to have fun and meet people, but not when I'm bothered with this kind of disease. It makes me anxious.
Have more auto immune diseases.
