ANS. Appetite is good I eat like normal peoples but I eat very slowly. & thirst is also like normal

7. Likes and Dislikes.
a)Alcohol Bread Butter Bitter Salt Sweet Sour Fats Milk Mud Chalk Egg Spicy food Meat Fish Fruits Fried Food
Warm food-drink Cold food-drink Ice Ice cream Chocolates Tea Coffee.
ANS. I like more Sweets, chocolates, fruits, dry fruits, tea coffee etc.
but don't like much sours, fats,etc. I dislike junk foods

b)Anything else about likes and dislikes.
ANS. I like energetic and powerful foods to make me healthy

ANS. normal, sometimes difficulty feeling discomfort in stomach
b)Any discomforts associated with stool.
ANS. sometimes constipation

9. Urine.
a)Frequency, nature, volume.
ANS. normal, yellowish in morning and colorless in normal day

b)Any discomfort before, during or after urination/odour
ANS. very fast urination, no odour

12. Sleep.
a)The quality of sleep, the quietness or restlessness of sleep,
position of sleep, times of waking and reasons for waking,
need for cover over various parts of the body,
whether the window must be open or closed etc.
common dreams, peculiar sounds or gestures during sleep, etc.
ANS. Quite and Good sleep of 6-8 hours in normal days, needs to cover my foots, and half body to sleep, window must be closed, fearfull dreams like I have lost something, no such sounds during sleep

13. Sweat
a)How much, what parts, staining, Odour.
ANS. much sweat when I do some heavy work. or lift something heavy, or do some hardwork

14. Weather
a)Tolerance to heat and cold, dryness, humidity, weather changes, sun,
foggy weather, wind drafts, closed rooms, etc.
ANS. I feel too much weather conditions, changing weather effects me more, feel too much cold in winters, In summer too much sweat

15. Mental Status
a)The quality of the patient's life in relationship to loved ones, family, friends and colleagues. Overall quality of energy available to function in daily life, and under various circumstances.
ANS. good, sincere with all my family, friends. seems normal to function in daily life but weak to do hard things, heavy works.


c)Memory,ability to concentrate/comprehend.
ANS. Memory is good, now a days I'm very weak in concentrate, I feel very dificulf to concenttrate but I can easily understand things.. problem is concentration lost

d)Are you fearful of anything eg: Animals, people, being alone, darkness, death, disease, robbers, thunder, storm, high places.
ANS. yes of deseases, snacks, or high and dangerous places

e)Are you anxious about anything: if yes, give details.
ANS. yes, I'm very anexious of most things, like when I'm in exam, interview, etc. I'm anxious about to get a good position in govt. or private organiation.

f)Are you impatient.
ANS. yes

g)Are you doubtful or suspicious.
ANS. yes very doubtful and confused

h)Are you hurt easily (emotionally)how do you react. Does it cause hatred/revenge.
ANS. yes, when the peoples to whom I'm very very sincere and care too much of them hurt me in any way. No it doesn't cause hatred/revenge. I weep silently when I'm alone.

i)Does your pride get hurt easily.
ANS. yes

j)Are you depressed, if so, reason/circumstances.
ANS. yes, when I'm in competition. Nowadays I'm very depressed bcz of no job and all others of my family think that I'll help them

k)Do you like to share your problems.
ANS. yes, with someone who is sincere with me, but not to all.

ANS. yes, It is very important and good for ME.

m)Do you ever become suicidal when? How.
ANS. No never, I can never think of it.

n)Memory- quality if poor, for what ( eg. Names, places, people, what you read).
ANS. poor, especially for Names of peoples, sometimes I dont remember what I eat yesterday.

o)Do you weep easily, effect of weeping, ie, does it make you worse or better.
ANS. I don't weep infront of others, but when I'm alone I weep deeply for the things that hurt ME.

p)Are you easily irritated. What makes you angry, how do you express it.
ANS. yes. when someone talk me in a way that I dont like, about things I don't want to talk, about private things / secrets. I don't talk wid those peoples.

q)Are you destructive.
ANS. yes for somewhat, but I don't to hurt any body or anything in anyway.

r)How good are you in making decisions.
ANS. very lazy, and confused

s)Do you like company or like to remain alone.
ANS. I like very much the company of my good friends but mostly I'm alone

ANS. It tease me, irritates me

ANS. I affects me very seriously, appears on my face

ANS. When someone blame me for the things that I dont know

ANS. to help others, to visit beutiful natural places, togo for a long drive

ANS. Very Very affectionate, others sorrow affect me in big intensity, when I saw any poor people or anybody in trouble I want to help him and want to remove the troubles of all the peoples, especially of poors.

ANS. Fear of not fullfilling my desires yet .. I'm jobless for about one year

ANS. Big desire to gain a very High position in Govt. or any Organisation

masturbating once a week is normal its not the problem that you are thinking, your problem is anxiety that makes you feel depressed,
you are intelligent and good boy always have faith in god and confidence in yourself, dnt worry about weak body and weight it doesnt matters in life what matters is confidence,


take STAPHYSAGRIA 200,2 drops in a tablespoon water, only 2 dose not more than that, not daily, 1st dose before sleep and next dose next morning after wakeup, dnt eat or drink anything 30 minutes b4 or after medicine,

report how you felt in your anxiety and mental freshness after 20 days of stopping the course,

also do some exercises like SURYA NAMASKAR (google it or youtube) 10 TIMES DAILY for proper blood flow in whole body,

BHRAMARI PRANAYAM (google it or youtube) 10 TIMES DAILY for mental freshness and anxiety,

Buy SESAME OIL (called tilli oil in india),

for proper strength of nerves and body immune system apply at both at feet soles massage and head including scalp massage before going to sleep at night,

daily doing this can make overall improvement of your conditions.

thanks sir for your kind response..

But Sir how to stop this Excessive Nocturnal Emission, and free from these bad things. Weakness shows on my face, bare bones on my face make me feel more weak and abnormal, I have lost too much weight. When someone talk about my health I feel very ashamed, depressed, and worried. I'm becoming weak and weak now my body can't hold on vital nutrient. I try to make myself healthy and eat well to keep my health in good shape but it emits out through NOCTURNAL EMISSION at night. Night emission happens and I lose large amount of energy. i feel like as soon as a sufficient amount is generated, my body emits it out at night. this is very bad situation for me making me more depressed and tensed. all other health problem like memory loss, weak eyesight, poor stomach health, very weak mental, stomach, sexual health, sexual weakness no erection but whenever I ate well its Excessive Nocturnal Emission to make it empty. I can't drink hot milk/tea/coffee at night, cant ate foods like eggs, meat, fish etc. at night due to Nocturnal Emission, these all things make ME more depressed and worried.

Kindly Help to solve all these problems, I can't live more with all these problems and weaknesses.

1) take curd in your lunch
2) make extract of FENUGREEK SEEDS (called methi in india) by crushing and mix half teaspoon of it with 1 teaspoon honey and take 30 minutes before sleep daily
3) you can buy ASHWAGANDHA tablets, daily 1 tablet in morning meal, for at least 3 months.
