Sir,

I,m Writing this after3 days of taking selenium 200 but i think it's is important.I have also some other Symtoms but Somehow Unknowingly Skiped from me in initial level of this conversation.I'm so sorry about this.But later on I realized them.They are

1.Hand Shaking
2.Very less Sweating
3.Dryness in Skin
4.less Cold tolerence
5.Extreme thirst
6.Low Concentration Level and memory slow down
7.Easily Depressed and angry
8.Fatigue(In last 2 year is my activeness is decreased with good rate.)

After 17 days,

Hair falling and dandruff was under controlled almost for 9-10 days.Now it's again on same track.
Fatigue on modrate level.
On this duration i used shampoo only for 2 days a Week.

Feeling Healthy
hair falling is reduced (using Johnson baby shop)
But hair line shift backward, hair are weak from scalp and density is very rarer.

take SELENIUM METALLICUM 200c liquid, 2 drops in a tablespoon water, 3 times a day for 1 day,

{if buying pills then 3 pills, 3 times 1 day, chew it, dnt swallow with water}

dnt eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after medicine,

report how you felt in hair loss as compared before, fatigue, confidence and mental freshness after 20 days of stopping the course,
