This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Depends.

If you took a remedy and then
know it is working, it could
be bringing up past states, where you had a similar cold.

So you want to be clear on : has the remedy been working and bringing up past states? Then you do not
want to take anything, bc you will hinder the process.

Or is it some new thing, like a cold or flu that is
going around, and then you would take an Acute
remedy for this, that matched the Acute symptoms.

An example Dr. Luc gives, is being on a remedy ( chronic) and getting diarhhea while traveling- you need
an acute remedy for that.

Well this is a problem, in that you are not
getting replies when you need them.

And I know whatever I say to do , is not going
to be what he says to do.

For you: What is worse , the depression or the cold? I would take the Sepia, diluted however
you did last time- or what you figured out there-
( I don't have time to go thru it)

Then for you and son and the cold, do you have
Whole Foods? or a health store close?

What I give my family, Is wellness formula,
they have it for kids too. Have used it for 20 years, it has herbs and vitamins, it really boosts
you up, but don't use up the energy, rest.follow
bottle directions. Then I also found Host Defense
Reishi formula ( it says for a healthy heart on it)
I get it from Vitacost - it is cheaper, it is food
powder mushrooms, I take 3 if I am getting sick,
usually in 24 hours, it is gone,I only use that
brand. Whole Foods has it but it is more money
than Vitacost- Reishi is a powerful immune system
booster- I would never be without those things-
they are fantastic.

So you can do mushrooms and wellness formula
for your cold along with a remedy-if sick instead
of an acute remedy and possible messing up
your case.

Hi Michelle,

How long did the 200c last for
as far as depression?

Because the 200c can be taken
in a more diluted form to avoid
most of the aggravation.

And are you drinking coffee?

Hi Michelle,

So what is the situation as of now? Depression and insomnia?

Do you drink coffee?

Have you tried any herbal tinctures for sleeping?

Or anything like CALM a magnesium formula?

1.What position do you like to sleep in?

2.Are you hungry or thirsty in bed?

3.Are there any night time worries or fears that show up frequently?

4.How does noise or traffic affect your sleep?

5.Do you need your window open or closed?

6.Are you too warm or too chilly?

7. What mental, emotional things are bothering you?

8.Do you wake at any particular times? ( I know you said midnight-
add on if needed)

9.Is there any problem in falling asleep at the start?

10. What was going on prior or at the time of this starting for
you?

11. Do you feel that you are having anticipatory anxiety about
the next day?

12. Do you ever try drinking a cup of warm milk before bed?

Hi-

Explain to me more about when this began 13 years ago.

You stopped sleeping, would wake up at 2 am.
Were you also hot and thirsty at that time?
Did you also have to have windows open etc?

And when did this stop? Because I know this has
not gone on every night for 13 years, right?

Did you have to sleep on your stomach then and
just toss and turn like you do now?

Let me know the history of all this.

And also are you a person who wants everything in
order, neat and tidy makes you feel better? Or is
this an issue at all?

Hi-

Would like you to try this. Get Nat Mur cell salt 6x.

They are at Whole foods Hylands Brand. Take 3 tabs
under the tongue and let dissolve. See if you can
try a couple doses today one after dinner - one before bed and see what you notice.

Nat Mur is complimentary to sepia, and this is a cell
salt low potency. If you
find you fall asleep and stay asleep but wake up later
again ( lets say 4 am, but you know it helped you stay
asleep then at 4 am take another 3 tabs)

Let me know how this goes after you do this.

It might be too low of potency,
but if you have even a slight
betterment, then we can go up-
I would rather start really
slow and gentle.

It is really important not to suppress the insomnia. You can see what happens each time that is done (when it is treated in isolation). Even I have made that mistake now.

I think we need to keep with the Sepia. Let's move to 1M first and see if that holds better or goes in more deeply.
