Cough toddler

My 3.5 year old son is suffering from cough. His cough is like it seems its stuck in throat but doesn't comes out when he coughs. He is fine in morning but starts coughing since evening and coughs 2-3 times every 15 minutes..
Note- He had dengue last week in Gutgaon.
