Toddler cough

Hello
My son is 18 months
Can someone please help??
Which remedy can help my son—
he has runny nose thick yellow discharge,
cough worse at night lying down, still cough in day too- it sounds like a tickle in throat —Might be post nasal drip.
No fever
Watery eyes
Poor sleeping bc of cough
Happy mood, likes to be held, cry’s easily
