Seeking remedy for 3 month old teething and now coughing from cold

I was wondering if if was old to use Cham 30c for her teething if so what is the dose from boiran pellets?
Also she has a terrible croup like cough from a cold are there any natural remedy a for her to provide some relief. Been using humidifier constantly but was hoping there was something to speed it up. She is also currently on nat phos for her reflux 1/2 tab before and 1/2 tab after feeds.

You may give her 1 pellet twice a day. If cham 30 doesn't help give bell 30 twice a day for 3 days.
