I am hoping someone can guide me with some dosage questions.
At the beginning of December I tore the ACL in my right knee, it was just diagnosed yesterday. I can bear weight just fine and have not lost mobility. Actually, I was very surprised when I was told it was torn because of how little it has been bothering me. Due to this, and my desire not to have surgery, my ortho is suggesting PT and strength building exercises. I train in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have been training all along. The only reason I went to the doctor is because on occasion I would have a sharp pain on some kicks that I knew was due to the incident in December.
I started taking Arnica 6C internally and in an external cream about a week ago, it seems to be helping. I have also been reading about Ruta and Rhux Tox for this type of injury, but I am not sure how much and if I should combine various remedies in this case.
I am fully committed to a comprehensive rehab program that will also include acupuncture.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
