The ABC Homeopathy Forum
For Dr. Kadwa
Currently experiencing pain in neck and mostly ulnar nerve on left side. Have injuries to C4 and C5 in vetibrae and L10, L11 in lower back.History of gut issues but got out of hand about 8-9 years ago when dental implants were rejected and infection went under the radar. Gut bacteria was severely compromised and mal absorption issues started and was only recognized as such (last year). Endocrinologist said I also had wheat and dairy allergy (could use goat's milk).
Saw allopatic doctor from 2010-part of 2012 and couldn't find anything. After that used homeopathy practitioner who recommended accupuncture along with her treatment for about 1.5 years and then switched to ayurvedic practitioner 2 years ago and still under her care.
Implants removed July 2015 and big improvement in absorption but everything is not OK as yet. Now testing my system without use of ayurvedic herbs for last 2 months.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Excessive loss of weight (went from 162 to 85) & muscle, diarrhea & bloating.
Unable to gain weight.
Injuries to spine happened many years ago from being rear ended 3 times. Only allopatic medicine used at that time.
Are you a practitioner or just curious reader?

I was in a lot of pain and and couldn't access e-mail, so I decided to start the following today (alternate using every 2 hours:
Arnica 30c
Rhus tox 30c
Did get some relief, but hope it wasn't a bad decision.
Have seen a few homeopathic practitioners and have used the following remedies in the last 4 years:
Arsenicum album 3x, 200c
Lycopodium 30c, 200c
Nit. acid 6x
Ignatia amara (for death in family)
Arnica 30c (non surgery), 200c & 1 m (surgery)
Used aconite & bryonia for cold
A few others I can't recall and have to look to see if I still have paperwork.
No pharmaceuticals and currently not using any ayurvedic herbs.
Thank you for your time.

I was rushing and left out
Cal Carb 30c (more recently).
Ignatia was 200c
Graphites 30c
Carbo veg 30c
Worked on a job for almost 25 years with a computer and bad ergonomics along with too many hours with neck bent over didn't help.
This recent cause was a combination of too long at a computer along with stress from recent death of family member.
Still have a lot of foods that I am unable to digest so diet is fairly restricted but can eat a small amount of meat with rice and some vegetables.
Sleep not restful. Do not remember dreams. For a long time, I woke up everyday about 3:30 to go to the bathroom regardless if I drank liquids late.

Woke up tightness in neck and shoulder area and a a little pain in neck about 3 weeks ago. Started grinding my teeth; got a mouth guard from dentist, but still continued.
A week ago, I was washing the dishes and felt a very painful spasm in my neck and that started this flare up.
Did not have have a flare up like this for about 2.5 years.

Sorry about the fragmented e-mails but sometimes, I have internet issues.
Your question has also triggered another piece to this.
40 years ago (about 1.5 months before this time of year), I woke up one morning and the lower left jaw had popped out and my mouth looked like I had a stroke. Everything was "frozen" and couldn't pop it back into place and it was very painful. I went to the doctor and he couldn't determine what the problem was and talked to a dentist who was a contract person from another country; he said he had seen a case like that and diagnosed it as a form of rheumatoid arthritis (I think it was misdiagnosed).
I was admitted the the hospital and my jaw was wired back into position but the alignment was not correct and I believe that I the jaw issues started there. This resulted in pain and "everything being off and often in pain" more on the left side of my body.

I've had trouble getting 30c locally where I am so all I have is 30x. A little different I believe and don't want to make assumptions that it is OK.
Please advise.

Some trouble with the paging - delayed.
Regarding your question - is this the 1st occurrence since 40 years ago? No, have had issues after car accidents with really bad headaches. Allopathy was all I understood at that time and pain meds were all I was prescribed.
The pain had gotten so bad that someone recommended a chiropractor and although I didn't have the confidence, I was desperate and in enough pain, I tried it. It did help to alleviate the pain and I started to do better. I also chose acupuncture and that was very helpful. However, after the 3rd accident (about 10 years ago), the jaw and neck pain got worse. Someone recommended a different type of chiropractor and he did help but only as long as I did the adjustments. I wanted a different way so here I am still searching.
Homeopathy works but I haven't had a good practitioner as yet. I know a bit more than when I was first introduced to this form of medicine but not enough. Also, in fairness, when I first came to homeopathy, my vital energy was so low and my body was messed up with allopatic drugs and mentally I was a mess so my case wasn't easy.
I was diagnosed with ulcerated colitis when stomach issues first started by doctor 1; I challenged this and the head of medicine said it was a wrong diagnosis after the tests he did, but that was before she had me on 2400 mg. of asacol/day for several months. Allopatic medicine was unable to find anything conclusive.
One of the homeopathic pract. referred me to an endocrinologist that she had used before and she did a bunch of tests also. One of them was to check the bacteria count in my gut the bad vs good bacteria ratio was 6:1.

I didn't take Nux because I was unsure whether the x potency was too low for a my chronic condition and wanted clarification from you.
Will try to get 30c on hand so whenever you respond, I will know how to proceed. Most times, I have to purchase by mail and it takes a minimum of 2 days to get to me so this will be an exercise in patience (at least on my part).
I also use some cell salts and didn't include that because I don't think of it as meds. It has varied but primarily 1, 6 and 10. Some of the others have been on as needed basis.
6/21, early in day: the pain is lesser than the past few days, but still have a tightness in upper left arm (feels like a knot, sometimes, that knot is also in the middle of my left thigh and calf). I have some small varicose veins on my right calf and that hurts a lot. The left trapezoid muscles are also very sore, but no tingly numbness. Sounds in the house were very amplified as I laid in bed, waiting to fall asleep and "was startled and felt jumpy for a little while". Slept much deeper than previous nights and did not wake to go to the bathroom.
I've also had ringing in the ears (both) but sometimes one ear is worse than the other. The pitch varies from day to day with periods where I've felt I'd go crazy (not recently).
Have been doing more breath work and some stretches.

John,
I keep getting a message that says phone numbers aren't allowed. I don't have a phone number listed. Do you know what this is about?

I don't know if the thread was too long so I will do this in parts.
Thanks for reminding me that cell salts are medicinal.
Don't know if I tracked it, but the varicose veins - pain is sensitive to touch and doesn't hurt all the time, only when I touch it but it is a little more swollen. However, my entire body has more sensitivity right now to touch (possibly from inflamed nerve endings).
Pain in calf is a knot that feels more "circulatory" just like the one in left thigh and upper shoulder area. It is tight and radiates some pain. It is not there all the time, just like the pain in the veins is not there all the time. Can't remember if they were present simultaneously.
Sensitivity pain was diagnosed as fibromyalgia-like and pain down the left thigh as sciata by MD.

Past Information
In 1983-84, had severe shooting pain in neck that went into the head and made my head feel as if it had thousands of pins and needles sticking it all over. It was debilitating but I never passed out or felt like a seizure. Diagnosed as neuralgia and doctor recommended acupuncture instead of meds; my 1st experience with this modality of holistic medicine and it worked because I never had these particular symptoms again. Did 1.5 years of treatments along with herbs.
2 bouts of drowning incidents around 5 and 7. At 5, CPR was done, but unsure how long I had fallen in and floated under a landing near my home.
At least 3 incidents (I remember) of falling down a flight of stairs but 1 of them had me landing on the stone steps on bottom. Was more stunned and knocked out for a little bit, but adults made the decision that I was fine and wasn't taken to the doctor since I didn't complain of pain, but I now know that these are all traumatic events that were untreated.
Got burnt pretty badly a few times and one involved being laid up for most of my summer vacation.
I also hit myself and don't realize how hard it was until I see black and blue marks on by body later or I would be walking and my pocket of robe could get caught on the arm of dining room chair (don’t know how, but it happens).

Forgot to ask about nux. Should I keep on hand until you decide how to proceed?
