This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This was left out due to technical issues on the day sent. Have had several incidents of GERD. Currently stable but get just an occasional twinge in diaphragm area.

TEMPERATURE"...big changes in barometric pressure affect me
could u please explain how this applies currently? ...." if it gets very humid, I get really bad headaches and just feel “funky”.
when last episode? A week ago
symptoms experienced? Headache (head feels full), restless

NECK PAIN: how effective "icing" for neck pain? Helps a lot and like the cool feeling.
breath works, explain actually response to above? Works well. Feels it relaxes muscles that have tensed up (theory is everything is coiled up so tightly that muscles only know one way). Breath work is teaching the body to unwind; just have to set up better schedule so I am more structured and in time, this would be natural and a shift would be moved from being a shallow breather to deeper breather.

ODDS & ENDS INTAKE
Prefer outdoors to indoors. Like to open up windows to allow breeze to flow through. Used to be terrified of thunderstorms but about 3 months ago I experienced a couple of fantastic ones and I sat and watched it without feeling any fear.

Feel like there is calcification around my heart. No physical constriction but it feels as if something is around it.

Didn't sleep well last night. Had headache just before I went to bed (has happened in past). Frontal portion of head. Did fall asleep but didn't wake up feeling rested and slept lightly.

Stomach rumbled a bit when I first went to bed. No gassiness but a bit of constipation.

A lot mucous and nasal congestion as evening progressed.

Didn't eat anything unusual but had a small amount of onions in food cooked (I use onions and garlic minimally).

Upper part of lip was very and cracked (burns when I drink or saliva touches it).

I only drink water when I am thirsty and drink about close to 40 ounces/day.

exact location of lip? left side of where the "v" forms on top portion of lip
blood from crack? No, just space. I put some ghee and it looks much better and feels better.

Dermatitis portion near webbing on right hand looks a bit better today.

Regarding icing: I left out that the ice seems to reduce the inflammation because it helps to reduce pain (plus the stretches and breathing all add their benefits too).

Didn't sleep well again. A lot of stomach gassiness with a little pain (not intense). My head felt very heavy and didn't want to wake up. I am usually an early riser and don't like to stay in bed unless I didn't sleep well or have pain.

Not very thirsty yesterday although it was a very warm day.

I was very thirsty when when eyes opened and felt had a slight cramp in my right calf. A piece to add: Suffered with leg cramps for years, usually right calf but sometimes it could be left or both and my toes get all distorted. I've tried to learn to swim for years and whenever I go out into the deeper section of pool, I will start to get a leg cramp.
Have wondered if it had to do with almost drowning but have no strong memories of of what actually happened once I fell in (actually only remember details of the 1st one; don't remember the 2nd incident and my mom is the one that told me it happened).

After I sat up in bed, I drank some water and then my throat felt really sore and lymph nodes were swollen (felt a lot like just before my tonsils would flare up) and also felt feverish. I didn't check, but I am pretty sure I don't have a fever.

A lot of slimy mucous when I was brushing my teeth, all clear and suddenly a small piece of pale yellow phlegm came out and then a smaller piece. My nose started to run and a larger piece (about 1/8 inch) of "stuff" that looked solid but washed away too quickly so I couldn't look at it closely. The color looked a little darker than what had come out of throat.

Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine have taught me to look at my tongue more than I have in the past. The outer right side is smoother but less slimy than it used to look but still has a slightly "inflamed" look. There are also no "teeth bites" on the outer edge. Two days ago, I noticed the upper 1/8 portion of the outer left side has the same look. A lot more nasal congestion now than when I went to bed. It was actually clear for most of the day until later in the evening.

Did not eat any different foods than what I normally eat. Have to see if there is difference in eating meat versus no meat or lesser meat than what I normally eat.

Shoulder neck pain was better yesterday (actually didn't do stretches due to time constraints) but did do some icing.

2nd night that my stomach felt gnawing hunger around (started around 9:30 pm and got worse as the evening progressed. Went to bead a little after 11).

Didn't eat any more or less than what I normally eat.

when last u had mucous as such?

as far as addressing old ill feelings..frustration--yes homoeopathy will help---but job of prescriber to find out path to that place...using symptoms as guide....

6/25/16: When last had mucous as such - I can't remember for sure but think it was in February-March of this year.

Without the sore throat, with small pieces of yellow phlegm was about 3-4 weeks ago.

6/25/16: I was up early today and felt tired so laid down and took a nap. I remembered some of my dreams; not as vivid as usually were. Some familiar people (one is a neighbor).
Felt a little better on waking but still don't feel as rested as I did a few nights ago.

Good. Not voracious, little to no appetite or revulsion for certain foods. I've always loved eating and food to me is not just fuel; it is an experience that engages a lot of my senses. I know some people lose their appetites when they aren't feeling well. I think I could only count a handful of those times for myself.

thirst? Fine, but was a little thirstier yesterday because I think it was much warmer. Going into much hotter temperatures for next few days so it would be interesting to see if this has any effect on me.

ok let start treatment

single dose sulfur (Sulphur)..

2 pellets 30c in 4 oz water-in drinking glass--stir heavy---
1 tablespoon dose...

no repeat dose

no coffee,tea,colas or the like of such

no use anything on dry skin (no ghee) no topicals in any form

no other medicines/treatments

keep close eye for any new (symptoms have never had before in health history)..


as things occur (if indeed there is a response to sulfur dose) post and ;label each symptom as new or old (had before) and details envolved

Sounds great. I have 30c sulfur available. Will take the single dose tomorrow am.

I understand to mean, not gently but as if it was sludgy and had to drag through.

Does # of stirs matter?

take dose in morning upon rising --on empty stomach...
1/2 hour before eating/drinking
Want to be clear:
don't eat anything after rising and take 1/2 hour before eating.

or

take on an empty stomach soon after rising OR 1/2 an hour before eating.

Understand the rules and note the symptoms if any and apprise you accordingly.

upon rising -take on empty stomach and after taking wait 1/2 hour before eating...

have some speed to the stir-and keep at it a bit--like an over stir --with semi- aggression..number of stirs doesn't matter

Thanks for clarifying; I inserted "wait" until 1/2 hour before eating.

It is interesting that I have sulfur on hand (one I've had for a long time) because I always thought that was what I needed but waited on practitioner's directions.

I've always had trouble with antibiotics in the sulfur family as well as certain foods, especially ones in the allium family and that is what always made wonder if that is what I needed. I don't fit the archetype of sulfur but much of it points my way.

yeah that Is good
point u bring up

stay away from strong spices /seasonings--no ginger ..garlic..oinions...especialy if known to effect
no herbs...

as spices in themselves
are medicinal

I am glad I brought up the food subject, but eating will be different for a while.

Is ground coriander, cumin OK?

Turmeric, ground cloves & cinnamon are in curry powder - I take it, this is off-limits too?

I don't usually use garlic and onions but have occasionally used chives. Will remove from list.

I have been using ground ginger which isn't as strong as fresh ginger, but the last few days, I had some fresh ginger left over from making something for someone else so was using this to finish it. Will abstain.

QUESTION: No herbs mean...absolutely no herbs because too strong and medicinal properties.

How long do I have to abstain from using all of the items listed?

yes, avoid all that...the thing is it is better to error on avoiding something than have it intfere with treatment...any sensitivity to any particular substance can intefer...as we go alon we can reintroduce certain items --one at a time and see if effect ..if do we keep away--if not--then we allow til otherwise observe a problem..

main thing is managing case is helped by this--otherwise --if no response I will be guesing --what item messed with response--or if medicine was made correctly at pharmacy---

and read around it (paragraphs before and after with footnotes)

I hope you are still on because I'd like to get this question answered.

I just thought of some social obligations that I can't get out of (week of early July and 14 and it wouldn't be easy to control what I eat).

How much would this weigh in?

I am wondering if I ought to wait until I start this or could I proceed and see how I do?
