Oops, was rushing and left that out. Yes it has the same affect. Eating a little too much meat, and when circumstances are beyond my control in terms of travel or socialization, foods that have some chili peppers can have the same affect too.

barometric thing

can u explain again exactly what is occurring ?

John Stanton 8 years ago
could u please explain how this applies currently? ...."
if it gets very humid, I get really bad headaches and just feel “funky” and really out of sorts. My head feels very heavy and it is harder to think. It seems the heaviness in the air affects me; usually gets humid.

Thankfully it doesn't get humid in my area as much but climate has changed much since I have lived in the area I do.

Actually, the barometric pressure does not affect the hands much. It is the wind and I live near a wind tunnel so it is windy year round, but get some terrific wind storms and those affect me the same way as the barometric pressure in terms of the funkiness and being out of sorts.

Dry mouth got really bad later in evening and lots of bubbles on tongue.

Triggered memory of being like this after the hysterectomy and was result of lack of estrogen and did get better after I was on HRT. Dentist had also given me something to use which would have suppressed these symptoms.

Tongue is very dry and very rough. Feels like something is sucking all the moisture out of me.

The hygienist used something to polish my teeth but that is what is supposed to be used every time. I did not allow her to use fluoride, but her technique was really rough; someone different than who had been doing this for last 15 years at least and my mouth has been quite sore and sensitive since I was there.

I am unsure whether it is the dentist, but looking at what I did that was different to my routine or ingested anything different.

I had a cleaning done and there is a polishing paste that was used on the teeth after the cleaning was done. My bad, by I've never asked what is in this. To my recollection, I have never had a problem in the past, but just recently, I've noticed I've had a higher sensitivity to pain (i.e. mouth was much more sore after the cleaning was done, the day I scratched my arm, it was much more tender and hurt). Unsure, if sensitivity could extend to anything else.

These are the things I attribute to that but this is not connected to the drying. It is the polishing paste that I thought of.

when exactly u went to dentist?
a month ago, they did some work in preparation for my mouthguard & yesterday.

Two teeth looked irregular on the xray yesterday, and I have to return this Thursday for a further examination to ensure there isn't any deeper problems that is not showing up on the xray. This happened when I lost the teeth that had to be replaced by implants.

observe closely after this thrusday -visit--to anty little thing that may come up--so as if this dentist visit will hav e any ill effects -we can distinguish --as associated with the event--further giving us info for case... depending on sensitivity can intfere with path of cure--we wil see..

Thank you. Will do.

Visit was just observation. Wore nitrile gloves to do exam and procedure will be done next week. No smells noted. Nothing was done to mouth to cause sensitivity.

Crown has to be replaced but wouldn't know for sure what the exact condition of the tooth is until that time.

Hands are still dry but not as bad as a few days ago. The cracks on the knuckles of the right index and little finger have closed in and not bleeding; were like cuts from the dryness. Finger tips are less rough also. Palm is dry but smoother.

I don't know if this has any bearing any of this but the hygienist was very critical of my technique in flossing and overall care of my mouth. I have never encountered anything like that and could hardly wait for it to be over. Can a body respond to something like this in such a fashion?

The dentist was unavailable for me to talk to that day but I spoke to him today about what happened and also requested that I am never scheduled with her again.

what ur meaning of the above question? I've read that some people can have some adverse reaction to certain people. Is there anyway that I could so "reactive" since I have been more sensitive recently. I know it sounds off base, but just checking.

Hopefully, things are stabilizing from whatever threw me off course.

Hahneman2 8 years ago
oh yeah--ur not off base--valid info if effected as such--and to certain people--but need be unbiased when looking at scene--so as get what I s actually ocuring..such as tone of voice--body lingo..or situation--u are in chair at dentist--consented to be there --this cat comes in gives u the drill/attitude--suppose to be helpin u--so maybe vulnerable at that moment--definitely wouldn't have chose her if knew her way..as authority in tht amoment she --makes her mark--but may be something learne in past --by u--childhood stuff--who knows..

Wow! Thank you for articulating that so well because that is exactly how I felt and somehow couldn't express it as well. The feelings get in the way and my words get tangled up so I don't often say what I really need to express; not always but sometimes.

Vulnerability is the key word and not being in control of what was happening to me. I felt stuck and this does relate to childhood and right about behaviour learnt in past.

The word stuck seems to connect to my colon; at least that has been a recurring thought for at least 2 years now. My gut feeling is, the key is some where in there.

Talking to the dentist about what happened is a big deal for me. Not something I would have always addressed but that has started to change.

pleaes explain more on stuck colon thing?

pleaes explain more on stuck colon thing? This has been maddening because I am also literally stuck on this and haven't been able to make any break through.

The only thing I can think of there an emotional piece there that hasn't surfaced as yet or made clear to me.

I've tried to look at it from many angles but could not find a direct link. I shared this because I thought you might pose some questions that I haven't thought of as yet.

It is like unearthening pieces in an archeological dig.

Could you explain why this remedy was chosen?

Is this a progression or just applicable to my case?

I am having difficulty finding this remedy where I usually buy my supplies in US. Right now, I am only finding it in UK and it will take about 1+ week to get to me. Seems a lot of people don't like to carry this one due to its source.

Can you recommend a pharmacy in US?

part of progression--stuck /obstruction idea u mentioned --opium

yeah forgot-usa doesn't allow because of legal misconceptions..
forget opium then-- 1 week --things could change by then..attempting address it in nowville---

no matter...

John Stanton 8 years ago
lets go into that stuck idea --again--at least an attempt..

I know tough to describe--just try--talk it thru--I will sek to grab the point..

lets go into that stuck idea --again--at least an attempt..

I know tough to describe--just try--talk it thru--I will sek to grab the point..let's try this.

An idea or way of looking at something that I am stuck on and need to change. Maybe my way of viewing a certain situation is closed and and I am stuck on a certain point and this is preventing me from going forward or moving on from that idea.

The what is the big ? is because I've thought about so much and can't seem to single out anything in particular. However, is that the problem. Am I being consciously obtuse or what is preventing me from seeing this as it should be seen.

Is it something that is still stuck in my "craw" and I don't want to let go of and moved down into colon.

Returned to dentist today. Old crown was removed and dentist anesthetized the tooth and the gum tissue around the tooth. Had to use double amount because I don't numb easily.

3 impressions were done and a temporary was cemented in.

Dentist said it went well but one of the instruments got on the edge of my tongue because it got in the way. He tried to avoid it, but still got connected a bit so the tissue would feel as I had drunk very hot tea for a few days. He also said the gum tissue would be quite sore for a few days but no nerve pain.

It has been 1 hour since the procedure was done and I am still quite numb.

Since my last info. nothing new has happened and things have stabilized a bit more. The dryness has improved, but an observation: if I eat food older than 12 hours, my body dries out far more if it is reheated. It is also worse if the food was refrigerated and reheated.

Stomach has made a few rumbling noises occasionally but no gassiness or pain like I had been experiencing.

No headaches and mucous has lessened, but still have some.

I did have some peach (couldn't resist)a few days ago and so far, it seems OK.

I have a few older family members who don't have the electronic access or aren't adept at using the technology, but have some health issues that are of concern. I would be their "voice" and convey the information from them to you.

Would you be willing to look at their information and see if you could be of help?

If you decide to do this, and can do more than 1, I would start with 2 because that would be plenty to deal with.

dentist-visit--lets see if any neg response comes form the treatment and such--we will address as see it..

concerning family member health help--
