Depression and AnxietyHello. I've been struggling with depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember. I've never taken any medication. I recently began researching natural methods to treat depression and anxiety. That's when I came across a product called "Aurum Metallicum" It seems like many have had success with this. I would appreciate some advice as to whether this would be a good place to start? Thanks in advance.

Wait for someone to take your case or see a homeopath as a remedy has to be studied for each person.
1. You can also click user names and do a new post asking for a person you like in your headline.
2.aurum is not a "product" it is medicine. You can google materia medica of aurum.See all the mental and physical states it is given for.
3. Homeopathy is totally different than allopathic medicine or herbs and vitamins . The human body will not accept two similar disease states.
One remedy is carefully selected after you give detailed info about your mental , emotional, physical self. When this began, your food and weather preferences, etc.
When the remedy is a good match your body will see it as "similar" to what is going on. The body then reacts by boosting your life force to clear the remedy and everything out of balance. Old mental and physical states will show up briefly and then leave.
You can google homeopathic direction of cure to get a sense of what homeopaths look for after giving a remedy.
It is always best to do face to face or Skype with a real professional homeopath, if you can, as it takes years to learn how to prescribe for chronic issues.
