Postpartum Depression

I have given birth 10 weeks ago and am now starting to feel symptoms of postpartum Depression. I feel fatigued, anxiety, anger, stress. I feel pressure in my chest and now I am having trouble sleeping even though I feel exhausted. This makes me feel like a bad mother and makes me feel shame. Do you have any recommendations to improve my symptoms?

Please take Sepia 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week or so.
If this doesn't help take Ignatia 30 in the same way.

One dose means 1 pill or 1 drop.
