Very beginning of a cold

What should I take? I don't have any actual symptoms, just *almost* symptoms. I feel like I might sneeze, like my nose might run. My head feels a little heavy. My eyes are stinging very slightly and I feel tired. I would love to catch this *before* I actually get sick.

aconite 30 3pills 2 hourly--for starting of any complaints mostly cold,cough,fever from exposure to cold wind

Start ferrum phos 6x -put 6tabs into about 2 cups of water. Take sips every half hour while awake. If you do this early enough,by the next day it will be almost gone or over.

I.e good.i usualy give ferrum phos 6x or 12x 1dose in powder form. Very.effective..thnx
