Neck painI am having neck pain since last week which happened the day after I did some seated triceps press at the gym. The pain occurs somewhere near my left shoulder blade. I cannot detect the exact place whether its inside or not. It does not affect my shoulder movement at all.
What makes it worse?
Bending head forward or backward causes this stabbing pain in that tendon or whatever it is. There is no pain on turning head left or right or during any other motion.
Rhus Tox 200CH every night for the past 3 days.
Ruta 1M in the morning (also to prevent burning in the eyes from working in front of the computer.)
So far there has been no relief. Rhus tox relieved the pain in my neck when turning the head to left.
