please expert help...severe ptsd..

I just saw this on another page I was reading...for Ignatia adn this sounds like me right now a lot..
My animal has been sick and I have just been too stressed out...
I am totally feeling a loss of faith..does this sound suitable? But I really go immediately to suicide mentally...I REALLY neeed help. Thanks.

Yessss...it was aurum metallicum I had taken in December which was helping!
I think I may have a lower potency somewhere...I have to search to see.
I could not get the aconite as all of the stores are closed for several days.
But it is something I wanted to keep.

In December I took a few doses of 200C AUr Met

I do not have that with me now. Now I have 30C Aur Met

I cannot get the others until Tuesday or Wed

I feel a lack of faith and desire to withdrawl...sadness again...got triggered when someone asked me soemthing and I replied to a very upsetting situation..now I am in depression again.

I need to take one dose of this now. I hope it is okay. I am crying on and on again.

I had to keep repeating it....
It eased slightly..then I had to keep retaking the following week or a few days later...I take the water dose..
So not to graft...
It was the combo of intermixing water doses of Thuja 10M or 1M and this aur met 200c
but I have not taken anythign since then...until today...I just took the 30 c sorry I could not wait to hear back from you...I will follow what you tell I will go tomorrow to buy the rest

apparently here in sweden there is not c potentcies.. only d

so aconite 30c and 200c is not here... only d30 and d200

kali phos6x is only available in d6

please advise.... SHOULD I BUY THESE???
other option is for me to order online. That will take many many days and I don't feel to wait. I'm so disappointed i waited all these days now they don't have it. T

yess..i got the aur met! first time i went she did not have it..then i went again to get the kali phos and she said she had it!

what do i do now? i am feeling fearful, anxious about the future...and overall unhappy still...thinking about war and what is going to happen now.

again..i have all medicine except the aconite...

what about the aconite d30--is that okay?

the AUR MET are very very small pills I THINK THEY ARE CALLED GRANULES...how do i take them??

i want to tell you that after ten minutes of taking 3 of the kali phos i feel i just took a tranquilizer and feel relieved. i look forward to how i will feel in a few days of this. thank you.

you said to take 3 pellets in one 1/2 glass water.
since i have the tiny tiny pellets, i put 10 in 1/2 glass water...it said 4-5 pellets equal 1 pellet.

i have taken 1 teaspoon.

is this correct or should i take the entire glass for a dose? i am very sensitive to medicines. i WAS ALSO UNCLEAR ABOUT HOW MANY TIN PELLETS TO USE.

can you tell me...can i drink black tea??
