depression anxiety

i m 25 male india
suffering from depression and anxiety since one year
i feel tightnedness in my head and back of the neck
when i have go somewhere i feel sensation in my head and extremities
my stomach feels very tight in lowwer left
2. old symtoms( 3 years) when i walk for long time i feel numbness and cold in my left hand to left part of head

PL take
1. Gelseminum-200 6 pills twice a day
2. Mimulus+Aspen (5+5) drops in 2 teaspoon water

Pl take this treatment for 10 days and then come back

If it is a liquid of Gelsemium-200 then take 3 drops in one or two teaspoon water twice a day
Mimulus and Aspen are Bach Flower remedies and are available in Home stores

In place of Gelsemium-200, pl take Arsenic Alb-200 for one week and give me feedback

after taking 4 doses of ars alb 200
i am having constipation and my head feels heavy( new symptom)
my nose becomes very dry as before(old sympotm)

old sympotms are back heartburn and mild pain in upper left part of back which i was experiencing 2 years
