severe depression/anxiety
Hi,I have depression/anxiety. I was taking Bach flower medicines which was working okay.
Few days ago, I had severe depression/anxiety and I had to start taking anti-depressants (escitalopram) 10mg.
My question is, as now I am on anti-depressant , should I continue taking Bach flower medicines or stop it.
Thank you

Hi,
Bach flowers are just the essence of flowers in water.
You can still take them. But I want you to know that
They work mostly by superimposing a different
Emotional state- they are good for changing habits
Or experiencing a different way to react to things.
For severe depression you need your case taken and a remedy that is correctly prescribed to start real healing that is permanent.
The first step in depression, unless there is
An obvious trauma or grief or abuse- is to get a physical check,
Because low energy will cause depression right away. You
Want to pinpoint the real cause- as no psych meds
Will help physical cause .
There are people on here, like dr mohla(user ashkaymohl),
Dr Reva, dr thoufeeque, who are professionals who could take your case-
You can do a new thread and ask for them in your headline- best is to see a good homeopath in person.
