Shy bladder :( Page 2 of 3

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have a few more questions before deciding a remedy.

So you are scared of people in general? or just strangers? or family members? friends?

Why are you scared of them? What do you think they are going to do to you?

It is just presence of people that make me anxious/nervous, my worst fear is stagephobia, I will rather choose to die than being on stage facing the people, I don't think I fear anything from them I just fear the crowd itself, ok this might a bit confusing but to me it seems that a barrier separating my own boundary from outer world doesn't exists and their energies overwhelm my own and increase both anxiety and nervousness, although I didn't want to mention this but knowing this might help you I think I should, I do have empathic abilities that allows me to sense energies of people they just tend to overwhelm me, more they overwhelm me more uncomfortable I get.
And In normal life(no stage) scenario of interacting with people I do have a fear of being judged.
parents and (close) friends wouldn't judge me may be that is why I am comfortable with them, others tend to make me anxious.

Hello, Dr Tui,
Recommended solaninum medicine is not available anywhere, I have tried first local stores and then online.

Also, I thought it was best to not distract you with another problem so I didn't mention it but in light of current situation its worth mentioning. I received some injury in my low back around 9 yrs back that caused disc bulge at L3-L4 that time. Earlier it was painful but I could walk, sit and work. I was taking herbal medicines and phosphorous and ruta were were helping me too but not enough. Recently it become worse, mostly because of mishandling by a (incompetent) physiotherapist , other than rigidity in low back I have had some dizziness. Could you please recommend me something to feel better?

With regards.

Where is the exact location of the pain?

What kind of pain is it?

What makes you feel better / worse?

What time of the day do you feel better / worse?

Dizziness;

When do you feel dizzy?

How often do you get dizziness?

What makes you feel better / worse during dizziness?

Dear Sir,

Pain is in low back vertebrae and extends to left region of low back and then further to front side of body of same left region. When this pain increases on left side of front it increases urination frequency, which can happen if I walk more than I should or may be some unhealthy position while asleep or doing some other activity.

Pain is like from an injury and its persistent, depending on my position and activity intensity changes but its always there. I am writing this while standing and im feeling strict stiffness and pain in low back, I am also feeling slight pain and strain carried down to legs in nerves .

Walking, standing is uncomfortable and I cannot sit beyond a few minutes as it increases stiffness and pain. Lying straight on the bed is less painful.

Before physiotherapist made it worse which was only 2 weeks ago I never experienced dizziness and I was able to sit on ground(squat position, pic attached) but now I cannot fully sit in this position as I cannot fold my legs beyond certain point after which it starts stretching my lower vertebrae painfully and this strain will make me slight dizzy. More strain on the affected area increases dizziness, so it varies.
When I get dizzy lying on bed makes me better, strenuous walking will make it worse also anything that strains my lower back(vertebrae) will make it worse.

Of all things what i have found most helpful is sunlight, other than that too I have needed sunlight more than anyone to nourish me. Phosphorous and ruta have also been somewhat helpful.

As i have been standing writing this reply I m feeling slight dizzy which wasn't there when I started writing it.

Dear Dr Tui,

I stopped all other meds and took prescribed both meds for 4 days. My observations are these, right after in taking them they tend to relax lower vertebrae and tensed nerves(soothing), also it tries to align my lower body to upper body which are somewhat misaligned and I also feel some mobility gained at lower vertebrae, this is quite good but this doesn't lasts long and I feel almost same issues again next day and also its not helping with the pain in my lower vertebrae.

I have given it some serious thought and what I think is, I will also need something to heal the injury part especially to rejuvenate and increase vigour and add some mass to support lower vertebrae, phosphorous which I was taking before wasn't helping with correcting alignment or had that soothing effect but it had good overall nourishing and energising effect and my body was accepting it very well.

I had a physiotherapy session with another good physiotherapist and session + meds reduced dizziness significantly next day but its not completely gone.

There is still pain in lower vetebrae ( and adjoining region) with sensitivity to touch, touching there would give tingling feeling of very slight pain. This pain has been there since use of extreme excessive force there by earlier physiotherapist and it feels like an injury there.

Hello Dr Tui,

Greetings.
Last medicine does something on affected lower vertebra for a while but no much relief has been there so far. Stiffness on lower vertebrae is still extreme.
With high regards.

Hello Dr. Tui,

Took me quite a days to procure that medicine.

After taking the medicine it seems to working on affected area like may be trying to bring the vertebrae in right position so feels a bit better for a while but later on( next day) it seems it gets worse as stiffness increases, I continued to take it till I was sure of this.

With regards.
