Dear Sir, greetings. I was taken ill suddenly, I was outside and suddenly my hands became cold with heavy breathing, doctors are not sure why exactly this happened if reason was strictly psychological, physical or bit of both but they are still working on it, that is why i couldn't be here for follow up, for that I apologize and it seems its going to take some time before I can be here, kindly excuse me till then.
