Atypical Facial NeuralgiaHello
I'm from Austria (27 years old) and have found this forum by searching for a cure for my condition. After a laser therapy for broken blood vessels on my cheeks i developed a constant pain in my whole left cheek. It has been nearly 2 years now after the treatment and the pain is still there. MRT scan is fine, so it is definitely not the classic form of Trigeminal Neuralgia but after reading many stories in the internet i came to the conclusion that I must have Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia. Is there any chance that I can cure this frustrating condition forever with homeopathy? I don't want to take meds because I'm afraid of the side effects. I would be so grateful if somebody could help me.
PS: As you can see my english skills are not the best, so please forgive me for any spelling mistakes

♥ anuj srivastava 3 months agoThank you very much for your quick reply. Do you need any other information about my person or the symptoms or should I just start right away with the treatment? Maybe I should mention that I have strange twitching sensations in the left cheek where the pain spreads and also in the chin and bottom lip.
survivor2 3 months agoCan I use the medicine you have mentioned with globules or is it important that it is in a liquid dilution?

♥ anuj srivastava 3 months agoDear anuj srivastava,
4 days of taking the medicine cuprum aceticum c30 are over, but I don't feel much of an improvement. Should I continue the remedy? I took 3x5 globules a day directly into the mouth. Should I dissolve the globules in an ounze of water?

♥ anuj srivastava 3 months agoCan I use the Schüssler salts all together with the globules at the same time? 6X means the potency D6 here in Austria right?
survivor2 3 months agoI need some advice because I'm a little bit uncertain about the Antidote effect. What I strictly avoid is coffee and alcohol but we like to use different kinds of herbs for cooking. Should I avoid strong scents during homeopathy treatment as much as possible? What about deodorants and toothpaste? I also took some supplements for general health and something that is called MSM powder (Methylsulfonylmethan) which is used to help pain disorders. Unfortunately it hasn't done anything for my face pain but it's really improved my skin texture. I've read somewhere that sulphur can antidote homeopathic treatments is that true? It's not easy to avoid all the smellings and chemicals in everyday life but I try my best.
Today I felt a little bit less pain in summary, I hope it's not a coincidence and tomorrow I should get the tissue salts delivered. I'm really excited about the professional consultation here in this forum. I've tried so many therapeutic remedies in the past but in the end most of them were only interested in my money, a real pity.
survivor2 3 months agoAddictions: Do not smoke, chew tobacco, and drink alcohol while you are taking homeopathic medicines, as it may have nullifying effects on the medicines.
Coffee? A debatable topic when it comes to homeopathy. With recent research studies it has been explained that if you follow: not to have anything half an hour before and after the medicine rule then coffee does no harm even if you are taking homeopathic medicines BUT for some homeopathic medicines coffee acts as an antidote; as there are medicines prepared by using coffee in the crude as well as in the roasted form. That is why your homeopath will be a right person to guide you whether coffee will do or not along with the homeopathic medicines you are taking.
Onion, garlic, ginger and other strong smelling substances: Once you are following the half an hour rule then you can eat raw onion, garlic, ginger, and other strong smelling substances along with the homeopathic medicines.
