Cold drop water in leg

Hello I Dinesh 43 yrs old ,I feel some days I keep feeling like a cold drop of water has just dripped directly onto my leg, in the same spot each time. The first time, I was 100% sure that there was a leak in my ceiling. The next few times I still found myself looking up, somewhat confusedly. It has continued to happen multiple times a day. Is this just a quirky body thing, or a known symptom of something to take slightly seriously?

Sir I got Married one Year Before
But My penis not become fully erection and if suppose erected only 2 minutes after it shrinks.
Kindly give the remedy
