Kadeep,
If I can help it, I am going to keep homeopathy alive and growing in the USA. I am sharing my pellets with others. With one drum of Arnica 6c of $6.50 I can INTRODUCE homeopathy to many people by giving each of them 3 pellets with instructions to put them in a 500 ml of water per Joe De Livera's method.
I run into VERY sick people all the time who are willing to give it a try because their pain pills are giving them no relief whatsoever.

What a great discussion!...it's the same here in Canada as it is in the USA.
I agree that a lot of these so called classical homeopaths are just as you described Pat2006....they keep their patients hanging on their every word, waiting and then when the remedies don't work..they find ANYTHING...ANY SYMPTOM...as the reason for the failure.
I could even be more cynical and say that some homeopaths know excatly what each remedy will do and can even stylize their 'treatments' to keep it going on and on.
Thanks heavens there are honest homeopaths, like some of those here , as mentioned.

Joe and Kadeep-
Thank you so very much for your replies and information. I have definitely fallen into the trap that Pat2006 discusses. Though I have wonderful health insurance that will surely pay for any cortisone creams or pharmaceuticals to suppress my son's eczema flairups, not to mention the allergist, dermatologist and pediatritricians visits I have made in trying to "treat" him, I can not get even partially reimbursed for my visits to the ND. I am glad you are here and paying attention.
That said, I have one last question. I noticed that this website has petroleum available in liquid form. My son REFUSES to drink water (I am working tirelessly on this) unless I put it in an eye dropper...so if it is possible to purchase the ptroleum in liquid form it may be much easier for me to administer. If so, what potency would I need?
Thanks again.

Hello CT mom
Why do you want your son to drink water? If it's because you want to get him to drink a teaspoon of a remedy, I wouldn't call that drinking water. It's only a sip. He won't take a sip?
If your son is addicted to soft drinks or sugary drinks, maybe you can put him on Arnica 6c wet dose to help wean him of the sugars.
Glad you found this website. Keep learning about homeopathy so you don't have to be completely dependent on your homeoapth.
Stay healthy and keep an open mind.

That liquid form from this site or from any other source must contain medicine in alcohol. That is even hard to give it to small kids.
You can dissolve few pallets of medicine in mineral water. You can slip some liquid in his mouth while he is sleeping or just add little medicine in his water sipper. You can always give him couple of doses in stead of just one, so that at least one works perfectly upon it.

CT mom,
If I can manage to give homeopathy to my dog, you can also to your child.
I use a large syringe I got from my vet. It doesn't take much in order for it to work. Just a bit and that is all.
Take care and let us know how you are doing.

You are all so nice! Thank you for your help.
I administered the petroleum 30 today for the first time, via med. dropper. I disolved 5 pellets in a very small amount of water. I used our tap water--we live in the country and our water comes from our ground--over 200 feet below. No chemicals added, though it is filtered to keep the sediment out. I hope that is OK. I believe he drank all of the medicene. Fingers crossed...
No, my son doesn't get anything to drink but breast milk (no sugary drinks, sodas, even juice). He will drink expressed milk and an occasional bottle of formula from a bottle, but he has been extremely reluctant to drink water or juice of any kind (of course I water that down too) from either a bottle or sippy cup. Doc says that my preemie son will catch on eventually and to keep trying.
Just wanted to inquire about the liquid potencies b/c it would be much easier and quicker for me to give him, not because my son would not accept a syringe or b/c it would be too difficult. Putting two drops in his mouth is easier for me than putting 5 pellets in a glass, disolving them, putting them in a dropper and administering. Call me lazy!
I assume there is a correlation between the liquid and pellet forms? My ND gave us sulfer in liquid form--just 2 drops before bedtime for two days. I have done this 1x/month since Feb with no results.
I am assuming Kuldeep that you do not recommed the liquid drops for children/infants?

CTMommy, next time dissolve 5 pallets in about half liter brandname mineral water bottle and use that bottle as your medicine bottle. You can give a spoonful of that water to your baby. Dont' forget to shake that water bottle well, actually remove some water from it so you can shake it well.

CTMommy, I am sorry but I could not ignore your ignorance...
You wrote: 'I disolved 5 pellets in a very small amount of water.'
Dr. Kuldeep Wrote: 'next time dissolve 5 pallets in about half liter brandname mineral water bottle and use that bottle as your medicine bottle. '
So what if he wrote Pallet and you wrote Pellet. When writing on these forum you can not be this picky about spelling.

I am a very concerned and scared mother of a 7 month old with severe eczema. His fingers and toes bleed almost every day. He does not sleep or eat well. He is scratching the skin on his head to shreds. Last week, he was itching so much and crying so hard, he vomited.
I have come to this website for help, not criticism.
Dr. Kuldeep has been kind enough to provide the help and support that I need out of the goodness of his heart. I have hope for my son.
I am brand new to homeopathy and do not understand the venacular. I am used to referring to medicenes as pills-the kind you purchase in the pharmacy not pellets. Pallets could be an entirely different thing. How would I know the difference without asking.
In addition, Val, Dr. Kuldeep said to mix the pellets with water. I dissolved 5 pellets in about a tablespoon of water the first time. Dissolving 5 pellets in a liter of water seems like an entirely differt dilution, call me crazy. That is why I questioned what a pallet was--perhaps that was another way of saying 'dissolve the entire bottle' in homeopathic 'speak.' After all, even the kind of water one uses makes a difference. I just wanted to make sure that I was giving my son the appropriate amount.
If you cannot understand my desire to administer these remedies correctly, the I MUST ignore your ignorance.
This is exactly the condesending attitude that keeps people away from embracing homeopathic medicene.

Kuldeep,
I am most intrigued by your methodology. My 1 year old has been treated with chamomilla 200c (constitutional remedy), graphites 30c and 200c.
Chamomilla brought the eczema out instantly - he was covered from head to toe. The graphites 30c worked the best.
Now, about 3 months later, his eczema is not so bad. It is primarily on his legs and arms. But it is very, very itchy. Changing his nappy is stressful because the minute his skin is exposed, he starts scratching. I have started 'wet wrapping' his legs at night time to get him to sleep better.
Would you suggest we start your method at the beginning?
Note: He has heaps of allergies - dairy, eggs, rice, gluten, squash, corn. He doesn't eat meat - he just isn't interested. He primarily eats buckwheat-based breads, potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, tofu, fruit, veggies and soya milk. Lots of potato.
Thanks
Laurie

Its amasime to know that Chamomila brought out eczema. Thanks for sharing this imformation. Actually Chamomilla works temporary.
Of-course this method would work on your 1 year old. Also add 'Bufo Rana 30' to the remedy list. Or put Bufo Rana on the top.

Kuldeep, thanks for your reply. I live in a temperate and humid place so was going to start with ARnica.
Q: Should I start with Arnica or with Bufa Rana?
Q: Will my 1 year old react with heaps of eczema outbreaks?
Q: When you say 'one weekly dose', what do you mean? Is it 6 to 8 pilules or drops?
Thanks very much again.

In that case start with Arnica.
If you have liquid medicine 3-4 drops and if you have it in pilutes you can take 3-4 pilutes.
But best thing is to dissolve 10 pilutes or 10 drops of liquid medicine (whatever you got) in about half liter of mineral/spring/river water and take a spoonful of liquid from that batch. Save the rest of liquid in referegerator for further use.

Re your post on 27/4/2006, I forgot to mention that the graphites 200c also brought out the eczema instantly from head to toe. But not the 30c.
Would you know why?

It is quite possible, in that case one can't say if Graphites 30 has not worked at all, results may arrive quite late.
That's the reason I tell people to gradually dilute medicien in mineral water, just to raise the potency.

One billion thanks kuddeep. My eczema was itching, weeping, smelling and what not. I got relief after 17 years. Tried all pathies, went to several classic homeopaths also, and spent my life savings to get better.
Right now I am at Alumina-30 and this miracle happened. Do you want me to continue the whole process. Please guide me further. Also tell me if my improvement would last forever or is just a temporary dream. My wounds are dry and itching is gone now. I bought all the remedies in your list.

stanzione: I am happy for you. Probably you are cured for good.
I believe you took following medicines on the seperate day of week.
Next week one weekly dose of
1. Graphites 30
2. Petroleum 30
3. Sulphur 30
4. Alumina 30
Now we don't know exactly which one worked or may be all worked and trimmed off a dimension of your ailment. Just stay with these four medicines but in further dilutions.
Use the existing medicines and put just few pillates of each medicine in a seperate one litter (half empty)bottle filled with mineral/rain/river water and shake it vigoruosly. Store these bottles in referegerator.
Take a weekly dose of just one spoonful from each bottle at different day of week.

Kuldeep, just letting you know that I gave my 1 year old his arnica last week and for the first time two things happened:
1. I didn't have to 'wet wrap' him in the middle of the night - he still woke, but settled without me having to wet wrap him.
2. He suddenly started eating meat. He literally grabbed my lamb chops off my plate and now meat is part of his diet!
Will give him second dose of Arnica today and Bufa tomorrow.

To Spotty C
It is obvious that Arnica is the remedy for your son.
You can use the 6c potency in the wet dose which I believe you know how to make and you can give him 1 teaspoonful twice daily after shaking the bottle hard before each dose.
Do not mix remedies and the Bufa is not required for his Eczema.
Can you tell us exactly how he responded to the Arnica. In other words when did you first see some improvement and after how many doses ?
You may like to know that a patient who was suffering from chronic eczema for over 20 years and who was unable to stand and had no alternative other than keeping his legs above his body level in bed responded in just 3 days to Arnica 6c and was cured in about 2 months.

Hi Kuldeep and Joe
I am following Kuldeep's 6-week programme, so I gave him one dose last week. His sleeping improved from the next night, not the same night I gave him the arnica.
I have just given him his second dose of Arnica.
I will give him his next dose of arnica next week, as I am really intending to stick to Kuldeep's 6 week programme.
I thought I would just let Kuldeep know about any reactions/changes etc.
Thanks very much.
