Anxiety and depression

I am 42 years old male.

I was well 6 months back, suddenly for the past 6 months I feel anxiety that I have some issue in my body. I checked with the doctors and found I am well.

Still I am feeling the fear of unknown, in the meantime I lost some weight, though I eat healthy.

My eyes are so fatigued and not coordinating properly as if something would happen

I am not sleeping well.

Need help ….

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Pl take 1. Aspen 5 drops in 2 teaspoon water twice a day
2. Arsenic Album-200 6 pills twice a day
Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2
Pl take this treatment for 10 days and then come back

Hi I am taking Arsenic album 30 for past 2 days.

One small doubt, whether ASPEN would be drowsy? and effect the day to day activities.

One of the root cause of my anxiety is I have tinnitus in my left ear & swaying.

no, Aspen will not make you drowsy.
Pl tkae treatment for 10 days as suggested thwn come back.
