Cold and throat pain due to bath

Hello

I know this may sound funny. But can't help.

For the past few months I'm suffering from frequent cold and throat pain.

As soon as I take bath (hot water bath ) or if I do some work in cold water or hot water, I get cold and throat pain the same day or next day.... No fever

And I keep getting phelm in mouth which I keep spitting out all the time irrespective of having cold or not.

Also kind of nausea all the time.

Also if I sit under the fan I get body pain and sudden tiredness.

I take Sinarest or dolo to control this.

Please help with a permanent solution to this.

Few months back, i used to take belladonna 30C for throat pain and it used to give me just a temporary relief

I feel this single wouldn't help me overcome my issue.

Can Anuj and Simone give their opinion too
