nat phos 6x
i am presently taking ferrum phos and calcarea phos for my gyne problem,now as read in ur coloum i want to take nat phos 6x to loose weight. is it effective if i take it with these medicines.pls,help me and tell me ,is it taken like a tablet with water.shweta 123 on 2006-05-06

I have observed that Nat Phos 6c (Biochemic cell salt) does not usualy reduce weight if taken in conjunction with other drugs or remedies. It will also serve to prevent the formation of acidity in the stomach but if you wish to reduce weight you are advised to use in after your have solved your other ailments.
The dose is 2 tablets taken twice daily after meals and you can expect a reduction of about 1kg per week if you are obese.
All biochemic remedies must be taken whole as the wet dose technique does not work with them.
