Useful advice for panic attacks

Useful advice for panic attacks and ...

I hope some of the advices given below might be helpful:
These are from my own personal experiences.
A positive/optimistic attitude is very important, please see the books of Louise Hay.
You always have to believe, trust and respect your body.
Useful affirmations should be made with a lot of love, e.g.:

Everything is wonderful in my world and I am confident that all will work out to its best.
I am full of love, peace, happiness, harmony, courage and
able to fulfill all my wonderful dreams.
My body and all the organs are wise and intelligent and I'm sure
that they function to the best of their potential.
I see my surroundings calm, peaceful, balanced and secure.
It is my will to be healthy in body, mind and soul.

Meditation, yoga, tai-chi, deep breathing exercises helped me to relax and
find peace within myself.
I specifically found meditation for 1/2 h before sleep very effective
in improving the quality of my sleep & dreams and also helped in
good planning for the next day.
I even developed a method for the above affirmtions for myself, by
looking and talking in the mirror.

It is essential to have a good, healthy, well-balanced diet, with plenty of fresh fruit
and veg. Drink at least 2l water a day.
It is important : smoking, alkohol, coffee to be completely avoided.
Honey has well-known sedative properties. Ensure that your body has plenty of
vitamin B. Fresh sprouts like: alfalfa, clover, sunflower seeds, soja, etc. are a good option.
They make your body more resistant to panic attacks.
Feet-reflexology helps in calming down the whole body.
It is vital to be able to discuss all the problems/issues that bothers you with a
person you can trust.

Evenings should be a relaxing period. Having a bath with aromatherapy oils ( I prefer
Weleda products) like: lavender, rosemary, chestnut, etc. are very soothing and relaxing.
Listening to classical music is a good option too.
Interesting website: 'classicalwebcast'
Of great help were the websites: 'avogel' &
'healthywaymagazine', where you can click on 'Publications' to
read about Vogel's healing words, which have always been a great source of
inspiration to me.
There is a lot of useful information about various health-related topics,
including panic attacks, sleeping disorders, etc.
A well-balanced body with the correct attitude is more important than
all medicines.
There has to be a harmonious combination.
Always believe in yourself (You will when you believe. Do you remember
Mariah Carey 's beautiful song ? :-)

Best regards
