Depressed

Hi, I finally seeking help for about 2 year now I went from a happy person to a very depressed person and ver scared of certain things. My mind starts to wonder alot about killing myself and things like that. When I leave to work I start crying cuz I miss my kids. At work It seems like I cant do anything right. I feel very depressed and when I need someone to talk to it seems like everyone has their own issues. Right now I tried to speak to my wife but it doesn't work, if anything it gets worse. I'm a good father and a good Husband I think. We have a beautiful house and evryting er need. I'm so confused right now, my right eye is thobbing and I feel so sleepy but when I try to sleep I never can sleep over an hour. Please help me

what reason do you give for the change from happy to depressed person..?please explain

what medicines use/used?dates used?reason(s) for use?

Well I had lost my job in 2002 after 4 years there. Plus it was after I had bought my first house. But I dont think is that I just feel all alone no confidence and energy. Always think hurtful things.

do you get right sided headaches ?

Do you get aversion to light and noise?

Have you measured your B.P. ?
