Cold sores on tongue

I have one 3mm cold sore on tongue left edge. I had just recovered from blood in semen fter taking merc sol for 5 days. even though body temperature is normal 36.4- 36.8 C I feel chill especially lower back downwards and ocassionally the shoulder. I have muscle and joint mild ache. It feels like those ache when one is having flu/cold but with no running nose. I do sneeze more often than normal. Two weeks ago I had tummy ache and was cured by Pulsatilla and nat/mag phos. I have just started taking nat mur 30 and Rhustox 6 for the cold sores and chill ? Please advise if I am taking the appropriate medicine ? Iam male 49 yrs fairly physically active an d are not on allopathy med.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Sounds as if you are taking too many remedies rapidly one after another-- this is putting pressure on the activity of your liver.

Take ONE SINGLE dose of
Natrum Mur 10M
and nothing else . Wait at least 2 weeks to judge result.
