Treatment for frequent cough, cold and low energy

Hi,

My wife

Age: 30
Wt: 48KG
Ht: 5'
Gender: Female

Problem:
Frequent cough and cold
Low on energy and stamina
Feel tired and tired legs
Pain under feet soles
Very sensitive and emotional
Need eyes rubbing
Back pain

Food: Vegetarian food (no eggs)
Body type: Indian type
Mother of 2 kids (4.5 yrs and 5 months)

Please suggest a cure for the above issues (mainly cough/cold and low on energy).

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?



2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?



3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?


4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?


5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?



6. Which time of the day you are worst?

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?



8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?



9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?


10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?

1. Describe your main suffering?
Frequent cold and cough which leads to soar throat, throat pain, hay fever, weakness
Backache
Pain under feet soles
Very sensitive

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Weakness in general. I had been diagnosed for thyroditis which got cured by itself ( 2 years back)

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Very sensitive and emotional
Cry over small things (e.g. if son who is 4.5 yr old, does not listen to me then i shout at him and sometimes i feel frustated and cry)

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Want to runaway from responsibilities and other related stuff.


5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?

Cough, cold, throat pain, backache started happening post marriage. I have been emotional right from start. Didn't have
close friends during school days. Sometimes i felt i don't fall into
any group. I have done my schooling in girls convent and college (no boys).

FYI: In india, post marriage there are lots of responsibilities that one has to take care.

Post 7PM

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Aggravate:
Sarcastic statement, emotional disturbance related to family member, Physical weakness

Ameliorate:
Someone caring and listening, Energy for physical activities, Change in place


8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Weather -- soar throat, cold cough
During menses i feel weak and therefore, difficult to manage.


9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
Hot weather (Normal Dry)

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

Easily offended, Quiet, Submissive, Agreeable, Changeable, Mild, Sometimes nervous (sometimes moody when feeling under the sun).
Feel very bad and sad when somone misunderstands me.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
Feel little cold.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
Yes. Especially when my husband shows the concern. Though i know he loves me but sometimes he fails to express it.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
Smell and high Noise

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
Sometimes talking to myself when under stress or emotionally disturb and try to vent out. I do cry over small things.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I love my family (includes my 2 kids 4.5 yr old son, 5 month old daughter, husband, my in-laws and my parents and sis)
I love to take care of them and expect the same in return. They are also very caring.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
If i make any mistake i fear being scolded and answerable. Very nervous.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I am vegetarian and don't take eggs, sea food or meat.
Like:
Sour and spicy

No aversions.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal. Since i am breast feeding, at times excessive

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
Too much of oily food or too much of hot stuff (e.g. more of garlic, ginger). I get acne/boils

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Normal sweat mostly near Trunk

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Regular and every morning

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
I generally sleep well. Currently because of breast feeding i do get up 3-4 times a night.
I usually lie on my back and sometimes turn on right or left hand side.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
Yes

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
Yes i do feel that i am different. I am very simple, don't like to talk bad about someone, don't like if someone makes fun of someone,
very sympathetic, not much of talk person, not into much of fashion. I think over stuff again and again. Sometimes, get too much involved in my thoughts.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?

I was diagnosed with thyroidities. Took propanol for heartbeat control. Later got short of breath. It was all 2 years back. Now i am normal.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
I had thyrodities 2 yrs back. My mom has some stomach related issue (mostly acidic).

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.
I am 5', 47Kg, wheatish, normal indian built and vegetarian. My face is round, high cheek bones, face looks little plump, black long hair.
Eyes are black. I walk straight, sit straight.

Please suggest the remedy so that i am not down with energy and cold/cough/soar throat.

Low energy, severy back and throat issue is my main concern.

your remedy is KALIUM CARBONICUM 200c.

take 3 doses at 10 minutes interval.

report your condition after a week.

Dose means: 1 drop/4 globules?
3 doses at 10 minutes interval -- Is it in the morning or evening?

this makes one dose.
