6 months old baby, teething

i have a 6 months old baby boy, should any thing be given to him for teething or should be only given if there is a problem.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Probably better to leave alone unless there is a problem.

Sometimes Calc phos 6x will help in cases of difficult cutting.
