Hi,

Glad to hear from you.

I have eczema again under eye. It is mainly under eye, one inch large, the area is very red, skin is delicate and thin.
When I woke up my eyes were swollen. It came down fast.
My right eye is worse.

The eczema on my arm is still the same as yesterday.

I will wait for your reply before I take anything.

Take a dose of Antim Crud 200c. Just one...post feed back after 24 hours of that.

PANKAJ VARMA last decade
Will do immediately. Thanks!

Good Morning,

24 hours later: My condition is the same as two days ago (on the 29th). The eczema itself dissappeared, but under eye is red, wrinkeld and swollen.

The outside corner of my right eye hurts a bit the same way as there was a stye, but you cannot see that. (I used to suffer from a stye ever time I had a cold during many, many years. A homepath helped me 1998, I recall him using Silicea, and I have not had a stye ever since).

Fortunately it is holidays and I don't have to go anywhere. Make-up would not cover all: I could hide the redness, but not the wrinkels and slight puffiness.

My arm was itching last night a lot, it was more stinging feeling. Now there are 'pimples' on the eczema. Otherwise the area is quite ok, not bad looking at all.

I have had the eczema all my life, but I don't remember ever having this problem this bad on my eyes. As a matter of fact, I have not had any problem with my eyelids for 1-2 years. It started in November, and I used stereoids 2 times, and immediately I stopped using the eczema came back. Besides, normally stereoids affect immediately, this time it did not.
Also, normally the eczema is everywhere, not only in one arm.
So I don't understand what is happening. Can it be because of Sepia I took? I took 200 c three times in November. A few weeks later I took Sepia again one time because of the headache and nausea (it helped enough so that I did not need painkiller).

I don't think this matters, but I tell it anyway: in the beginnig of November I quit my job. It was a relief because my boss was a narsistic person and I thought it was time to leave the sinking ship. But he still owns me some salary. So that is the change that happened right before the eczema came out.

One more thing from yesterday. I almost spoiled the Antim Crudum. One hour after taking the remedy I was cutting an onion and put a raw piece to my mounth. I spit it out right away, but I hope I did not spoil anything.

Take another dose of Antim Crud 200.

PANKAJ VARMA last decade
Hi,

I took the second dose of Antim Crudum 20 hours ago. The condition is still the same. The only difference is that now the eczema is more spots (before it was totally red, now there are several small spots).

The red spot is lower under eye. It is not on the eyelid, but 1 cm under it. I look like I've been beaten up.

Yesterday my skin got worse after writing my mail in the morning. I had eczema again before I took the second dose of Antim Crudum.

I am getting desperate...

Hi,

I see you are still on holidays.

I am terrible. At the beginning again.

Snowflake last decade
Hi again,

Not much has happened with my condition. I am counting days, how many days I can take this. Hope to hear from you soon!

Anyway, I write as long as I remember very interesting results of a survey (and I just love surveys).
I went to the website that is behind the profile of Kuldeep. There was this 'find out your constitutional profile'. I did that twice. On the first time I was answering a lot of 'sometimes' and 'rarely' because everything depends on a situation. On the second time I was seeing things black-and-white and replying more 'always' or nothing.

The results after the first round was
1 .Phosphorus 80
2. Ars alb 75
Lycopodium 75
3. Nux Vomica 70
Pulsatilla 70

After the second round
1. Phosphorus 85
2. Pulsatilla 80
3. Lycopodium 70
4. Nux Vomica 65

I am so suprised of these results - I do not see myself as a sanguine person and I would have never guessed the system proposing Phospohorus!
Anyway I found it quite interesting, because of my son!
Secondly I found it interesting, because in some other website I found out that Phospohorus has some kind of swollen eyelids and circles around the eyes...

I have also a question concerning my son.
I do think Phosphorus is a good remedy for him according to the picture.
But one thing concerns me: why has it not affected his behavior? He is still coming closer to me and crying more, he is more sensitive. But he is still easily being irritated, when frustrated becomes mean. And specially he is still constatntly on the move.
The second question is about Sulphur. I have always understood that the constitutional remedy makes the eczema better: Sulphur made his skin perfect, why this does not make Sulphur as his constitutional remedy?

I am very found of surveys, so I also filled out the same survey thinking like he does - even if the questions were not made for children. His results were:
1. Lycopodium 80
2. Pulsatilla 75
3. Phosphorus 65
4. Ars Alb 60

Then take a dose of Phosphorus yourself and see the response.

I am still travelling ...so have limited availability of internet.

Likely to be back to home base by 10th Jan.

If you have a bad temper once in a while, fear of darkness etc....then it can be Phosphorus.

PANKAJ VARMA last decade
Hi,

I don't know if I have 'bad temper' - at least I hope I don't have.

I will take Phosphorus, because I have no choice. If I don't see any response I will go on for stereoids to get my life going again, and continue the treatment next time I have eczema.

Hi Pankaj,

The swelling is off, the eczema is still there, but less. My arm is bad. Now there is slight eczema on my left arm, too.

Let me start from the beginning. I tell how I have been thinking so please, correct if I am fundamentally wrong some place.

After the survey I started reading about miasms, and made the conclusion I am psoric. According the survey, there are two psoric remedies: phosporus and ars alb. I studied both and found out that both suits me as well. Well, I am not that outgoing as Phos, but I do like to in the center and influence other people. I am not as obsessive and neat and tidy as Ars Alb, but I do like to schedule and plan and know what to do. Besides, in all psychological tests I am always somewhere in the middle, very average and balanced in every sentence and every measurement.

So in my desperation I could not figure out which could be better, because both affect the swelling of eyelids, so took both remedies 30 c three times. In twelwe hours the swelling went off. Today morning there was a bit of it, but after washing the face it did not come back.
There are red circles around eyes, still.
My arm is bad, even worse as before. It has been worse day after day after takin Antim Crudum.

I took the last remedy this morning, 10 hours ago. I will be back tomorrow. I wonder what I should do if the eczema is not better...

Snowflake last decade
This morning I woke up my eyes terribly swollen. (I took the last remedy 24 hours ago). So I started Phosphorus again.

My arm is peeling, and very red. My left arm is no worse.

How the eczema cases usually go? What does it tell that three doses did not help permanently?

I will go on eating Phosphorus (I will soon see if the help came from Phos or Ars Alb) permanently. No matter what my arm thinks. Until then I hope you will find the internet and reply me!

Snowflake last decade
There are many other meds for psora !!!!

PANKAJ VARMA last decade
Hi Pankaj,

Are you back from holiday? I hope you are :-).

I gave up two hours after my last post and went on stereoids. I am on stereoids for the third day and it is really difficult to get rid of the spot on my arm.

I really want to find a remedy for my skin problems, so I would need a plan what I will do next time the eczema appears. I would really need your help on this! I can't solve this out by myself.

Can I make a conclusion from this experience that Sepia, Graphites, Phosphorus or Ars Alb are not my remedies? (The last ones were very good for the swelling, but I am thinking of the eczema now).

What are the other psora remedies for eczema? What kind of plan I have to make when next time I start itching wihtout any sign of eczema? Etc.

I wonder if I should start Alumina, because this is very chronic?

Hello,

There is a small red spot under my right eye - again. It is very small, but I am afraid I will get the same problem again...

Any ideas what I should do?

Go to 'Homeopathy and more' (skip the gaps)....they have a Constituitonal Medicine questionnaire....fill it up...the software will give you answers.

Post here names of top three meds that emerge along with the points against each med.

I don't quite understand now: I think the questionnaire I did the second of January (see the post from that day) was from that page. Or do you mean some other site? Or do you want me to do it one more time?

This morning I had slight swelling on my eyes. And the skin around the eyes was very, very dry. No thick lotion will help the dryness.

I took Phosphorus twice two days ago. (not because of the eyes, but for other reasons). Despite of that the dryness has come along.

Do it with the latest symptoms....that have emerged.

PANKAJ VARMA last decade
Hi,

My eyes, specially the right one is worse. Both eyes are dry and wrinkled, a bit of swelling. Not really eczema.
I have a odd sensation in the mornings until around noon: my eyes are sticky and when I open them, the upper lids open slowly, not as fast as normally.
When outside my the water was coming out of the eyes, even it was only a bit windy.

I did the questionnaire again. The results are:
1. Lycopodium 105
2. Ars Alb 90
3. Phosphorus 85
4. Nyx Vomica 80
5. Nat Mur 70

To remind: last time I took by mylself Sepia and Nat Mur, but they did not help. You adviced to take Graphites (that made it really worse), Phosphorus (reduced swelling but not ecxema).

I took Sepia 200 c once on Wednesday (for headache and nausea; that helps). The next day I got the red spot on my right eye. The same day I took Phosphorus 30 c twice (the rest of the family has been sick and I had the same symptoms: that helped). I have not taken anything since Thursday.

Forgot to mention, that I also tried Ars Alb last time.

the action of petroleum is 40 to 50 days
so it is deep acting

Hi,

I have taken Lycopodium, but I am worse today. Why can't I find a remedy for this?

Alangail:
Thanks for the information. I will get back to my son after I get myself back to order.

Don't take any more med for a week. Let symptoms settle.

Lyco is long acting...one dose can work for 2 to 3 weeks.

Hello!

A week has passed. My old eczemas are still there, in addition I have large patch on my left armbend, too.
The patches are really red and dry. They are peeling off at nights, and in the morning they are not that irritated.
The sensation is not really itching, it is more like nipping or pinching, hurting. The touch of a sleeve is hurting. When I add oil/lotion, I feel like salt is on a wound and the patch turns out really red.
It does not bother me at nights or disturb sleep. But it is the first thing I notice in the mornings.
There is eczema and puffiness around my eyes, too.

I have been thinking that if the constitution 'runs in a family', could Sulphur work with me,too, because it helps my son's eczema.
My son is quite like me, but he is hot and I am cold (not chilly though).
I was reading about sulphur, and there is lot like me
-hungry at 10-11 am
-my back starts aching when standing
-bushy eyebrows
- I tend to have iskias
- I don't usually sweat, but if I do at night, I sweat on head
- I cannot stand wool
- there is a lot familiar in mind, too.
But I am NOT hot, I don't have hot feet and I don't mind bathing.

I was also thinking if Nesha-India's suggestions for my son (Psorinum, Silicea and Kali Phos) would work with me, too.
But I read that Psorinum's antidote is coffee - would that mean I cannot drink coffee for weeks?? Or is the antidote only homepathic coffee?
I really have to motivate myself to Psorinum... I don't get any headaches from coffee if not having it, but I just enjoy a nice cup of cappucino so much. I find it always very difficult to start a diet or give up candy or something. (what consitution have this?).

Even though I keep reading and reading and searching myself, I really would need help!
