The effet of med. i took wore off and i am back to my old self again.
I am getting scared even to dive. I feel something in my stomoch when i have to go out by driving.( may be nervous, tension, i don't know.)But while driving i feel o.k.
I am again shouting at my kids,especially youger daughter for not eating food when i feed her, for making house mess , for not listening to me.
When she moves my ear lobe vigorously, when i carry her , i am shouting "aaaaaaaaaaah..." and put her down fast, and ignore her even she cries. She cries for everything.
Sometimes i feel like i have to give her medicine for clinging on to me .
I feel lot of tension when i have to go out and i am shouting a lot at my kids.
Wherever i go out i have to take my younger daughter with me, even she sleeps my husband won't take care off her and let me go outside, Even i assure him that she won't get up he says something or the other. Sometimes i tell him that he don't want me to go out.
In our city (In U.S) we have Hindu gathering every sunday, where they seperate kids and adults, and there will be different activities like games , shlokas.
I will be sticking on to my younger daughter saying that she won't stay without me, because if i leave her with kids i will be free to play with adults where they combine ladies and jents to play games (where running will be there) Since i am so self-conscious of my self i cannot go with the flow and play. I feel shy. I never played running games even when i was a child.
I think about lot of things to do outside. still can't go.
It's like my mind does lot of thoughts and my legs doesn't
want to go outside of the house.
If my husband always takes the car i was very angry at him not leaving the car, couldn't ask him for car, Feeling depressed inside.
Feel like if my husband leaves the car for me , i can go and do lot of things. But still i feel afraid to go out.
Even i drive i feel scared. what if i can't judge properly while driving . What if i miss looking at a car which is coming in my way, What if there is an accident. Can i manage? Can i stop the person who caused accident?
Like that lots of doubts.
Now we are planning to buy another car, eventhough i want it more than anything else, i feel scared.
If somebody is coming to my hose, eventhough it is planned visit, i feel a lot of tension. I won't act comfortably.
If somebody comes suddenly and my husband asks them to stay for lunch or dinner, i get so confused and tensed i let fall things from my hand, i can't cook while they are watching me, i can't cook and talk.
As we stay in U.S nobody comes for dinner or lunch without calling them. My husband always likes to call people. He is very sociable.
But now that he knows me he is not at all calling anybody. I don't want any body to come to my house because I can't behave comfortably with them. I feel nervous.
Sometimes i think " Am i curable with homeopathy medicines?" Since the syptoms may caome back after i stop the med.
I did my masters in physics.
But i am feel like i don't know anything, Since I lost touch from last 10 yrs. Even though i try to read something in physics everything looks new to me.
i observed something. I can't just sit at home and study. If i take a course it pushes me to read, and then i feel interest. I can't go to college and study either because of my problems.
I am not even confident of my knowledge, When my husband says I can work here , i feel scared. I feel like first i have to cure my symptoms, and then try to do something, which makes me feel confident.
I tried to explain my symptoms in my own words instead of using rubrics.
There may be spelling mistakes in what i wrote, but i don't have time to go through and correct spellings.

I ordered ambra. g which may be in next week.

Dr. Varma,
I think i have cavities in my teeth, which i observed from one week. The gum line ( the place where the teeth are attached to the gums) became black in two places, i see yellow margin on the teeth, and it is paining a bit.
I think it is better to take care of my teeth first before the decay is more. But they or not sensitive to hot or cold drinks.
What do you think? You think this will interfere in the treatment?
Can you also tell me which remedy i have to take for this and how many doses and potency?
I have calc flour 200, calc phos 6x, merc sol 30 and 200, kreosote 30.

Ambra Grisea helps the gums also.
However, side by side take a dose of Merc. sol 200 twice a week.
(I see John getting very angry with me ...on another thread....have decided to place a rider with every post...."if you like, pl. take a second opinion on my adivce from whomever or where-ever you consider appropriate").

I will get ambra grisea 30c tomarrow.
Can you again tell me how to take it with merc. sol 200c.
Because when i see your replies, first you suggested to take merc. sol 200, every day one dose for 4 days. in the later post you told me to take twice a week.
Can you confirm how to take the two remedies together.
Can you also tell me howmany globules of 30c and 200 i should take? Ambra is big round balls double the size we get in India. i got Merc sol 200 from India, which are small globules.

I didn't reply because i didn't get ambra.
I ordered it 10 days back.
And last friday they called and told me that my medicine is ready, but when i went there they couldn't find it.
Again they called and told me that the mecine was found. I have to go get it. And don't get car to go there that easy, because my husband goes to work and comes late. In night i fear driving ( i never drove in the night, or bad wheather conditions, or in more traffic time, since i feel scared).
May be this weekend only i will go get the medicine.
On last sunday i took one dose of merc. sol 200 hoping that i will get the ambra.
I will post feedback as soon as i try ambra.

So, i have to take one more time when i start ambra and continue twice a week as intercurrent remedy. Is that right?
And abra g, first 2 days 4 times, next 2 days 3 times. and next 2 days 2 times. Right? I want to be sure.

It's been 3 days after i took ambra. G 30.
I didn't see improvement in any way.
got tensed to go to a party, felt awkward in front of people, still afraid to face people.
First day i took one dose of ambra, after two hours i took 1 dose of merc. 200, and after two hours i took the next dose of ambra. Then two more doses of ambra on the first day.
Second day since we went out from morning to afternoon i took only 2 doses of ambra.
Third day i.e yesterday i took 3 doses of ambra.
I have to meet my friend's in-laws who came to visit U.S.
They are going back to India.
My husband was asking me to invite them for dinner. I never did. And now they are leaving next week we have to go meet them atleast. I don't feel like. I feel tensed. I don't know what to talk with them.
I am getting frustrated that i can't go and do things. Even i have car i feel tensed to go out alone.
Comparing the three remedies, sepia 200, aurum 200, and ambra 30c i took i felt better when i took sepia 200.
Total impro. after all these medicines is i feel like keeping my house clean(not spot less though), and shouting at my kids when they mess it up.
So, should i continue ambra for the next two days and see?

single dose (3 pellets) only nux-vomica 200c in evening before bed---only 1 dose on only one night--no repetition at all..---
avoid --spices;condiments;milk;all acidic foods and drinks (coffee;tea;fruits and juices;vinegar;alcoholic beverages;all carbonated soft drinks:..etc)
allow 2 days after taking this 1 dose of nux-vomica 200c and retake case...perhaps wait longer--depending on response

Don't take any more Ambra Gr....just wait to see some results in 3/4 days.
Wait with Nux. Vomica for the time being ...as that is to anti-dote Ambra Gr.
Quite likely you have to switch to SEPIA.. if Ambra Gr. does not show any results.
Did you sleep better? did you get any dreams?
However,next 3/4 days watch for changes, if any.

I slept well except when i asked you a question, i was getting up to see whether you gave me answer in the middle of the night. I wish i can be online when you are online.
Usually even i wake up in the middle of the night i go to sleep again easily.

You can stop Ambra Gr. and after 48 hours of the stopping ....you can take a dose of Sepia 200. (once a week)
Aurum 200 ...once a week will be fine...for three weeks.
I will suggest, you can take these two interchange-ably......although some friends on the net might "scream" at me for that.
However keep an equal gap of days between the two meds.

Reg. on-line at the same time.

The book 'Remedy relationships' is very exhaustive.Let me share a few points with you.
As per that book,Sepia is followed well by Aurum,but not vice versa.
Sepia is mentioned twice when we look at Aurum,once as followed by,and second time as collateral.What is meant by collateral is that you can try it,if the first choice is not that correct,and you may have to look for similar or closer medicines.
But,there is no mention of Arum,when you go to Sepia.
So,may I propose to try Aurum for three weeks,say once a week,and if there is no improvement,start Sepia.
Since there is no hurry in this case,can we do that?
Your proposal of alternating Aurum and Sepia will work out,only if only one of the two are working,and the other has no effect.In effect it means taking one medicine only.
But,if both are patially indicated,I think what I suggest is better.
I respect your experience,and also understand your lack of time to explain everything,but,I think,it is better to give a consideration to theory also,whenever,the situation permits.
Sofar,I am thrilled, at the way you come to remedy choice so quickly,and I feel you are correct most of the time.
The few instances,I am unable to agree with you,are only about the method of administration.I always try to insist the method of one remedy at a time,as far as possible.

Hello,
Since Pankaj is not here to answer Murthy's question, i thought may be first i will tke a dose of Aurum met 200 and see.
So, I took it on Sunday. It's been 4 days. I wanted to post response.
After i took Aurum the second day i had pain while moving the left leg toes in the joints. They looked like they are swollen a bit. And now they are gone.
And I am surprised about the dreams Aurum brings.
Like before , whatever fears i have are coming to me as dreams, everyday very clear dreams. Today i had a dream that i have exams and i didn't study anything. I was getting worried in the dream and woke up suddenly and realized it's only dream.
No improvement in gaining confidence. My husband gave me some jobs like calling net providers , and somebody else regarding some problems, i don't feel like calling. I don't even know what i am afraid about.
I got car all for myself now and want to go here and there everyday, so that my fear of going out may go away. If i do somethings like doing the groceries, i may feel confident that i too can do something.
Should I take another dose of aurum next sunday? I am thinking.

I got car all for myself now and want to go here and there everyday, so that my fear of going out may go away. If i do somethings like doing the groceries, i may feel confident that i too can do something.
