Natural order, Umbelliferae.
Common name (G.) Meister-wurz.
Preparation, Tincture of root.
Authority. Kleemann, Kaspar's Med. Woch., 1836 (Frank's Mag., 1, 232), effects of an infusion of the root, a spoonful every two hours.
Feeling of warmth, starting in the stomach, and extending over the whole body.
General excitement.
Active orgasm and confusion of the head.
Itching and burning in the skin.
General perspiration.
Diminished secretion of mucus in the intestines and air-passages.
