6 month on and off diarrhea
helloi have had diarrhea on and off for about 6 month or even longer i try to control my diet (no fatty and no deli food) for a day or two and it gets better as son as i start a normal diet again it comes back its not severe i use the washroom about 2-4 times a day i have no stomache aigs or any other problems only soem stomache rumbling my stool looks very soft and watery and it seems to me that foods doesnt get diggested properly like rice corns or other food rests can be found in my stool even after regulating my diet i still have soft stool but no water can anyone tell me what i have and how i can treat it

Stop milk for a week. Take Phosphorus 30 three times a day for a week.
Hopefully, the stomach will get set.
In case there is fever, then get blood test done for typhoid.
