Yesterday was another good day. I did notice that I was warm in the body but very cold in the feet while at the office.
I had a good sleep last night but woke up a bit tired this morning I am abot a 7 out of 10 for energy. Still have halitosis, logenges does not mask it.
My cecum valve area was 40% painful (of when I first posted). I am still very bloat.

Hello Merisel,
Your bloatedness and halitosis will get better in the due course of time.
What about bowel movements? Do you feel satisfied and empty after passing stools? or do you still feel that the colon is holding on to its contents?

Wednesday Morning 9:50 am
Again yesterday was a good day. I worked late so it was a long day.
Today I woke up feeling the pain ion my back and cecum valve to have increased back to about 50% of when we first started.
I have some thoughts and wanted to see when I relapsed and I what I thought caused it before posting my thoughts, so here goes I am an intense person and very focused on the task at hand through to its completion. While being very focused on the task, I tend to hold my breadth and or breathe erratically, which is what happened yesterday. Due to this style of breathing when stressed, which I was, I usually wake the next morning feeling this way. I feel strong about this pattern and need to address my breathing habits when stressed but dont know if it is a remedy I need or some sort of training.

Hi Merisel,
Good observation about yourself.
Did you sleep late last night? Because, excessive work, less sleep, worries and tensions, work pressures etc can also be the cause for your relapse.
We are eventually going to take care of that too.
Right now , I wont suggest you anything else ( training etc..) apart from this treatment.
Do you take coffe or alcohol ? how often? Do you smoke?
Keep posting,

Although I worked late I last night I went to bed at the usual time and woke 30 minutes later than usual.
I am not sure what you mean by "Right now, I wont suggest you anything else (training etc.) apart from this treatment." please clarify.
I do not drink coffee (maybe once or twice a year) or alcohol nor do I smoke.

The remainder of the day my back and cecum valve area improved by about 10% from when I first woke. That would mean about 60% better than when I first star5ted posting on this site. I had a good sleep but still felt tired my energy level is about 6.5 out of 10. My back and cecum valve area is at about 60% better overall. Still bloated with halitosis

Hello Merisel,
I'm glad to see you feeling better!
About your breathing as I think it is important. Breathing is the ONLY physiological activity that we do either completely unconsciously or completely consciously.
So you can't really help holding your breath when you focus on your task- unless Murthy knows some kind of training here.
But, meanwhile, could you please just breathe DEEPLY (as deeply as your coecac valve is maybe) about 20 times when you are already in bed?
in deep, diaphragmatic breathing, when you put hand on your belly, it goes up when you inhale and down when you exhale.
If you like it-make more than 20!
It's never a bad idea to breathe.

Astra, please see my answers below beside your questions:

I cant help it I sometimes catch myself doing it and try to go back to normal breathing and I make things worse.

I already do these breathing exercises.

been there? Are you still?
so:
if you focus on something (which makes you breathless for a while) there is more pain the next day, right?
what if right after this kind of intense focusing you do some deep breathing (to compensate for any deficiency of oxygen)). Would the pain increase as well?

Still there...
If right after this kind of intense focusing I do the deep breathing; I usually totally screw up my breathing. The pain reamins the same.

I thought you screw up your task-not breathing. How are you doing that?
Anyway, if the pain remains the same, it means that it has nothing to do with oxygen/breathing but with something else (and I have no idea what) that also occurs when you focus.
In that case hom. remedy will help (esp that you know your breathing! Andrew Weil, graduate of Harvard Med. School, calls breathing a masterkey to self-healing).
Well, keep posting.

No, I never screw up my task just the breathing
I am awareof Dr. Andrew Weil, but I have never been thought how to breathe properly through stressed times.
Maybe I am not making myself clear so I will try once more- When I am focused on a task, often my breathing becomes erratic or sometimes I hold my breadth without noticing it. Once I notice it, which is rarely, I try doing some deep breathing exercises and it totally throws my breathing rhythm. I always notice after an intense focused session the following day my cecum valve and back pain appears along with bloating.
I am not debating whether or not breathing exercises work. I just have troubles doing them to be effective.

They certainly work-and for all of us.
Seems to me though that something else happens to your body at the focusing session--some stress response--that triggers that pain.
However: rhytmic, slow, even and deep breathing might as well reduce that stress-but only if during that intense time (seems that I went the full circle now and landed at square one).
I'd better go before I start re-inventing the wheel.

The remainder of yesterday was very busy for me but I felt pretty good overall. I had a fairly good sleep. I was very warm in bed. I am noticing that during the day my body is warm and my hands and feet are cold.
I woke up a bit tired but more energy than yesterday. My energy level is about a 7.5 out of 10. However, my cecum valve and back pain has returned stronger than yesterday I am at about 60% of the pain from when I first started posting. Another symptom is back and that is strong congestion in my right nostril. I am also still very bloated.
Still drinking my water...

Saturday 8:55 am
Felt all the same sensations throughout the day and I took the Nux V. 30 as you instructed. My sleep was a bit stirred, because my wife is having a very severe pain in her right ankle, which does not allow her to walk on it or move around too much in bed. Its concerning me.
I woke up this morning and my mind still is on my wifes sudden ankle pain that I am not fully focused on how I felt upon waking. So now I am about 55% of the pack pain and cecum valve pain from first posting.

Okay Merisel,
Take Nux tonight and tommorrow, and keep us posted.
We can also suggest something for your wife's ankle pain if it doesnt get better on its own.
